Goathland in the snow 2023

This is a flyover video of Goathland in the snow. It was shot in Dec 23 just after a moderate snowfall. Goathland is a beautiful Yorkshire village in the north Yorkshire moors and is famous as the location for the hit uk TV series "heartbeat". That aside, this is a wonderful example of a Yorkshire village and well worth a visit at any time of the year. In addition to the village itself, the North Yorkshire Moors Railway (NYMR), stops at Goathland station. I was too early for the train, but the Santa Express came by a little later.
