But, you are cooking the longevity yee noodles with the abalone today which is Sunday May 21st and also Ms. Li Wanhua’s Birthday. So, I guess you guys are celebrating your Mom’s Birthday today a couple of days late, haha!!!! I want to emphasize that your big canned abalones are just as awesome as the big individual ones as I know canned abalones are all very awesomely delicious 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
Mr. Derek, you are a good son, and a good cook. For your Mom’s Birthday the long life noodles with the yellow chives and abalone are very appropriate. In 2017 way before the COVID-19 pandemic, the Chinese seafood restaurants in the major cities’ Chinatowns had very awesomely delicious big individual abalone served with gravy. The big individual abalone from Mexico was the most awesome with super delicious taste and favor. The big abalone from Australia was not so delicious and just so so. After the pandemic now, things may have changed so I don’t know if there are still such super delicious big abalone from Mexico served in the seafood restaurants these days. I do know there are still big abalone from Australia served in the seafood restaurants now, but the taste is nowhere as good. However, canned abalone come into different shapes and sizes, and they are all delicious with the gravy and ready to eat. You can cook them like you did, but you must be careful not to over cook them. One time a big Australia abalone was over cooked in a seafood restaurant so it tasted terrible!!!!
