Fried Rice is my Favorite food and easy to make but if you cook the rice too mushy or soggy it's not good.

Hi, yes I like to create flavor with other ingredients but one of my friends always adds salt when she makes rice. Is that what you usually do too?

@@AlissaThaiMomInUSA i made Thai Jasmine rice, got from Costco. Taste was ok. I heard Japanese rice are of more flavor and sticky.
