The fact that Jameson doesn’t give up Peters name to the goblin even when being physically threatened is possibly the greatest subtle character moment ever. It shows that everything he says is atleast to a degree a persona he puts on in public/for his staff and he is a (somewhat) decent man deep down.
How else did he get a wife? He’s only so angry because he’s passionate about his job like a head chef in a restaurant
He probably just didn’t give Green Goblin’s name so he can get more photos from Peter
He only cared about protecting Peter because he wanted more pictures of Spider Man

its not the same car as endgame. the one used in endgame is a 1970 oldsmobile coupe. the one sam raimi used is a 4 door 1970 oldsmobile sedan
It took toby so many takes to get that lunch tray scene, the director and other actors were getting angry(as the director already said the scene would just be cut), but he had already put so much work into trying to get it done, he would not give up.
Imagine if after he finally got it MJ forgets her line or Fs it up 😂

actually peter wears green goblin shirt (green), norman wears red that indicates spiderman but harry wears red tie as spiderman and green shirt as green goblin. this represents that harry is between green goblin(his father) and spiderman(his bestfriend)

7:12 yes because in real life, spider's webs are actually stronger than any type of metal itself. You can't realistically ever break a spider's web. You can pull it apart since it's so small, but if a human sized spider shot out a string of it's web, it would be impossible to cut.

You forget the fact that Harry is wearing a mix of Spider-Man and Green Goblin/Norman's colors. This shows he's tore in the middle between his loyalty to them.

4:14 What I love about this detail is that it implies that DC Comics are the only superhero comics in his universe. Given that we know Peter loved comics, it's interesting to think that DC Comics could have inspired Spider-Man in this universe to become a costumed hero.

7:12 actually spider webs are harder than metal. If we take a thin metal thread which is as thin as spider web then it will not be as strong as the spider webs.

It's makes sense that Spider-Man's hand was bleeding when he was holding the rope of the falling monerail because his suit is actually pretty thin. That's how Peter's able to stick to walls and breath through the mask without difficulty.
I also like how this Peter still had web-shooters despite having organic webbing because he needed to make web lines and those web "bullets" somehow.
One last thing, I think when Goblin steps down on Peter's wrist, you can see or hear the web shooters breaking. That's at least what I remember.
The ‘web-shooters’ are actually just ‘web-slits’ this peter can do everything he needs from his webs naturally.

@@Saint411 If you read the comics though, then you'd know Jameson has tonnes of integrity. He actually sees Peter as a kind of son for quite a long time. When Peter reveals his identity during the first Civil War arc, Jameson is pissed that he was treated so poorly by somebody he respected. BUT. He eventually gets over it and they become close again. He becomes an ally to Spider-man.

Yeah, this guy really messed up that detail. The actual costume design is that Peter wears a green shirt with purple tie, aka Green Goblin's colours. Norman wears a blue shirt with red tie, Spider-Man's colours. This is to show that's where their focus is, and in that scene they're figuring out who their adversary is. Harry on the other hand wears a green shirt and red tie, both Spidey and Goblin's colours, which illustrates the conflict that defines his character in the series - having to choose between his father and scientific legacy, or his best friend and ultimate good.

I remember the hype and excitement for this movie. The fact that it was true to its comic origins and a wonderful film adaptation set the stage for Comic Book Movies going forward.

This is the first time I've ever realized you can see Wilem Defoe's lips through his mask.
[3:40] Peter wears a tie with the color red to match Doctor Octopus' light when he's controlled by his tentacles; green to match the Goblin; yellow to match Sandman, and the background blue to show that Spiderman will defeat all of them.

New detail and theory about Loki and Nebula found: In The Avengers when Thor fights Loki the fight ends with Loki jumping down on a Chitauri ship. He jumps the same way as Nebula does in Guardians of the galaxy when she fights Gamora. It is a very smart way to show their similarities because they do have a lot in common. They both started off as villains because they felts like they were in the shadow of their sibling. They both later becamw good because they got a good relationship with their sibling. In Avengers: Infinity war Loki died because he ended up fighting the bad guy because he got good so i have a theory for Guardians of the galaxy vol. 3: Nebula will end up dying because she fights the bad guy with both of their arcs going full circle

One thing I also noticed was when Peter was testing his webs in his room, he broke the lamp, but in a few shots later, it was back there.

The thing with Eddie which I also noticed is, that they referenced Eddie because they didn't want to have him in as Venom and only referenced him. In Spider-Man 3, Robbie introduces Eddie to JJJ with saying that he's been a freelancer for some weeks because they didn't plan to bring in Eddie and Venom
