@@Man_of_peace Yeah, Frasier has some great farce episodes too, that should be teached at "Universities of Screenwriters", episodes like The Ski Lodge, Ham Radio, The Matchmaker, or The Seal Who Came to Dinner - and so many could be mentioned here - all are the finest examples of how to write great comedy!

I absolutely LOVE this show. My favorite episode was "Roz and the Schnoz" when she meets the parents of her baby's father and their noses are so big. The laughs that follow...too much.😂 I also like the episodes with BeBe, Fraiser's agent. Those are hysterical...Lol!😂 I just can't get enough of Fraiser.
I love Frasier! A few episodes that come to mind is the Leap Year one where each one has a wonky February 29th and Frasier sings ‘Buttons and Bows’ at PBS pledge drive. The other ones I love is the one where Roz meets the parents of the father of her baby and when Frasier tries to set up Daphne with his new station manager who is gay. You can tell these performers genuinely loved working together. Great writing. Great cast. Great show.
In the beginning Frasier remarks that it is the middle of February when he flings the doors open and then moments later Martin wants to send a bottle to his friend in Montana because his birthday is Feb. 29th and he's only 16 yrs old. I could never figure out how that could have been missed during production.
That family has caused me to laugh more times than I can count. They don't make shows like that anymore.I have to agree that the Valentine's Day episode was by far the best episode ever made.
Ham Radio is my favorite episode. It’s where Frasier wants to direct an old fashion murder mystery radio show at the station and it falls apart spectacularly due to his overbearing direction. It’s hysterically funny.
Yeah! I like the way he says to the actor they don't ask/demand so much on Broadway like me :D As the actor leaves, Daphne asks the poetic question: Where will you find a guy who will play all of these roles? And we hear meantime Frasier on the phone: Hi, Niles!?! And then Daphne says: Voice of ominous organ :D
The real funny thing about Eddie was that Martin took him for a walk every day and let him off his leash so he could play with the dogs. Frasier yells at Martin saying that " He was supposed to be fixed yesterday." Martin say's "I'll take him tomorrow." Frasier takes Eddie instead." The neighbor comes knocks at the door and says (points at Eddie) So your the one." Frasier says "There's some kind of mistake.". The neighbor says. "Oh no? " And hands him a box of Little Eddie's.". Daphne says to "Dr. Crane couldn't we just keep one.?" Daphne is cuddling with a Little Eddie. "Frasier says No were not let him get the idea he's staying." Stop staring at me. It's a little to late for that." "
I loved the caller who told Frasier that he was a pompous jerk, who spends more time correcting someone's grammar, rather than trying to help with their emotional problems!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
My favorite was his last episode when Frasier was to receive an award instead he opted help a man who was in dire need of help. It was very touching. I loved this episode. It showed his commitment and dedication in his desire to help others.
I absolutely love the attention to detail and ability to show rather than explain tension. For example in the second episode when Martin tries to make his son breakfast but Frasier just sees his routine being thrown off, doesn't occur to him his father might be trying to do something nice in his own gruff way. It's such a beautiful encapsulation of the main theme of the show about three men re learning how to access and show the love they have for each other.
Hilarious the ditzy girl friend of Daphne's oh so if it's a threesome you're looking for well I don't do those anymore😂😂😂😂 and then during the ending credits he misses his chance cuz he went to the kitchen damn damn damn

I miss Frasier, when it went off, I just stopped watching primetime tv, nothing worth watching...maybe a few shows. Same with Jeopardy, after Alex Trebek died, the show died.
My favorite show was when Patrick Stewart played a gay man interested in Frazier who of course was straight but Frazier was so infatuated with the man that he kind of played along with him. BEST episode ever!
Frasier was absolutely the best written sitcom of all time. And the cast just a perfect compliment to each other. Some of my favorite episodes are ‘IQ’ where Fraiser and Niles meets for lunch with the 3 Nobel Prize winners. ‘A Tsar is Born’ where Frasier and Niles think they might be Romanoff descendants. ‘Out With Dad’ where Martin pretends he’s gay to keep from having to go out with a woman and hurting her feelings. ‘Bla-Z-Boy’ when Frasier accidentally throws Martins chair off the balcony. ‘The Doctor is Out’ when Frasier is mistaken for being gay. And ‘Boo’ where Frasier is counseling a nurse with a crippling fear of clowns and scares Martin into having a heart attack. I can watch all those just over and over. It would be wonderful to have Kelsey, David, Jane, Peri, Harriet Sansom Harris who played Bebe Glazer and so many more to do a reboot of Frasier!
Yes the estrangement of his boys following ther mother's death really hurt him.❤😢😢 he was warehoused injured and forgotten. Then his independence stripped away, having to move in with a son he had virtually no contact with for years and nothing in common. I'd have been a bitter asshole too. I'll never live with my kids. Ever.
It’s hard to pick a fave, but I do love the one when Frasier accidentally crushes Martin’s chair and actually has a craftsman recreate it and locates the manufacturer of the chair’s material and once they would admit they made it, they re-wove the same pattern and the new chair was actually the most expensive piece of furniture in the whole apartment!😂 The other one that had me cracking up was the one with guest star Estelle Parsons and the Olympic medal. Great comedic timing and physical humor!
“In the middle of dressing for the evening she suddenly slumped down on the edge of the bed in her half slip and sighed” That line literally made me laugh out loud. Like a belly laugh. 😂😂😂. That episode was the first episode I saw.

My two favs are “The Candidate” where the politician confides in Frasier that he was taken up into a UFO, and the PBS pledge drive where Frasier sings Buttons and Bows and can’t remember the words. I still crack up all these years later!
me, too. Still watch the reruns and my local cable channel shows the series in consecutive order from the beginning. And the writers were excellent along with perfect casting. And the "guest/callers" was a bonus. Kudos to all involved in the entire production. Ten years is a pretty good run, too.
I found Niles way over the top gay and never believed him as a heterosexual or as a potential partner for Daphne. So many people connected with the show were gay that it's no surprise it became too camp at times for a show about heterosexual people.

Sadly, we will never see It Ain't Half Hot on telly ever again due to political correctness. More is the pity because they made fun of absolutely EVERYONE. Tons of people will never discover it for this sad fact. Such a waste.....
Also a favorite of mine is when Matin was trying to solve a old murder case and Frasier and Niles thought a trained chimpanzee was the killer, I never laughed so hard 😂😂😂, I have many favorite's, upmost is the Valentine's one , now that is one classic silent episode like an old silent movie 😅
I wasn’t a fan of Cheers, and never watched it when it was on. My sister turned me on to Fraiser several years into the run, and I loved it! I went back and watched all of Cheers just to get the backstory on Fraiser and Lilith. Best sitcom ever aired, and the cast was absolutely perfect.
When Frasier goes to Bora Bora with a woman, and then goes out on his deck and starts singing, and then hears Lillith say "Frasier?" from the deck next door. Funniest scene EVER!!
I always thought that one of John Mahoney's best moments on the show was when Martin confessed to having an affair to protect his children's memories of their mother.
Yes! That was beautifully done. They were up at their old cabin where it all came out that their mother had been the one who broke her vows. Marty said it was him, so the boys would never think poorly of the mum they loved so much. This show illustrated love so well.
My favorite is when Frasier and Niles set Martin's chair on fire and push it off the balcony. 2nd favorite is when Frasier dresses up as a killer clown and scares Martin.
Nothing. NOTHING. Will ever top the writing in the sitcom, Frasier. Cheers comes a very close second. Legendary shows which we will never see the likes of again. I'm glad I got to see them the 1st time around.
this is one of my favorite shows of all time, I watch it today on Paramount+, the cast and the writers made this little series timeless. great laughs over & over. Cheers from V.A.✌
The kitchen scenes, where Daphine kills the eel over the counter, when Niles was too scared as he had to cook. Rozs hair🥵 set on fire from bowl of cherries, my fav amongst few others.❤
My favourite episode was when Frasiers boss was gay and he thought Frasier was gay, then they had the coin toss and Niles won, couldn't wait to tell Frasier,he was on a date 😅😅😂
Absolutely it's the best scene in the whole sitcom series. Virtually silent, the whole scene is sublime. One human and one dog - that's it. And the hilarious fact is that even though Frasier himself isn't in it, the episode is directed by Kelsey Grammer...perfection!
I loved that Fraser considers himself so far above her; he's always sneering at something or other about Roz. But then it comes out, the high performing family she grew up in. That's why Roz has the confidence to do as she damn well pleases & doesn't give a hoot what anyone thinks of her! She knows her own worth. Edit: Plus, she's gorgeous! 😍
As with all good sitcoms , it’s a combination of good writing , good casting , & a touch of magic . For without that magic , of a cast and crew that become good friends , there can only ever be an average show . Frasier is right up there with the best . I used to watch cheers , Hill street Blues , as well as shows in the Uk , such as Fawlty Towers , Only fools and Horses . Black Adder .
I noticed that in S 1 E1 the telescope is on the balcony yet it is not introduced until E5 as a surprise gift to Martin. Love the show about lovable snobs and have spotted more than a few bloopers after binge watching for quite a while.
My two favorite episodes are, Merry Christmas Mrs. Moskowitz, and the one where Rick's parents visit Roz. (Rick is the father of Roz's baby) They have large noses lol..... It's Roz and the Snozz. I fell on the floor laughing....😂

@@MichaelSheffield-ox8yd 😄 Yes, some of the best comedy in the world. If you like It Ain't Half Hot Mum and One Foot in the Grave, I could give you a longer list of programmes to check. Sadly, we will never see It Ain't Half Hot on telly ever again due to political correctness. More is the pity because they made fun of absolutely EVERYONE. Tons of people will never discover it for this sad fact. Such a waste.....
And "The Office".
The character of Nils Crane really made this show.
😂😂😂😂 Niles on many occasions was direct comedy gold
@@imperallady it Turned David Hyde Pierce into a celebrity. He said that when he was hired to do the show, he thought it was going to be a flop!
@@hensonlauraNiles was the heart of the show.
They all did, one of the rare comedies where every character is brilliant.
I love all the actors but David Hyde Pierce and John Mahoney were my tiptop favs of the regulars. And Bebe Neuwirth’s Lilith was hysterically funny.
Roz has amazing hair
I always thought so.
Peri Gilpin is absolutely stunning
Also a favorite of mine is when Matin was trying to solve a old murder case and Frasier and Niles thought a trained chimpanzee was the killer, I never laughed so hard 😂😂😂, I have many favorite's, upmost is the Valentine's one , now that is one classic silent episode like an old silent movie 😅
On behalf of myself and all the other viewers thanks for reminding us of what a fantastic show this was and showing all these greatly edited clips. xo
Spot where Frasier would correct the grammar in your comment.
Me too. I could take or leave cheers. I did like the coach, he was good though.
One of my favourite sitcoms. She's a groovy lady is one of the funniest episodes
Joint, hot beverage with cold rain outside+watching Fraiser is one of the best moments in my life
Lol watching this after work in the garage with a bowl and a cigarette, remembering my childhood. I feel ya.
@@hensonlaura I remember that. That was powerful stuff.
My favorite is when Frasier and Niles set Martin's chair on fire and push it off the balcony. 2nd favorite is when Frasier dresses up as a killer clown and scares Martin.
Ohhh - I don't like that episode at all.
I just seen that episode 😂😂 when he kept saying “if you dont like it you can just set it on fire and throw it off the balcony “ 😂😂
One of the best shows I've ever seen ❤. I fell in love with it in my childhood and I still absolutely adore it 😁. In my top 5 for sure.
One of my favorite shows of all time.🎉
It’s difficult to choose a favorite. This show was perfect in every way throughout its 11 seasons. I miss Niles a lot though.
Nothing. NOTHING. Will ever top the writing in the sitcom, Frasier. Cheers comes a very close second. Legendary shows which we will never see the likes of again. I'm glad I got to see them the 1st time around.
Always madly in love with David H-P. My favourite episode was with David Ogden-Stiers when the boys think he may be their real father.
Niles was hilarious. Such sarcasm and wit. And Frazier looks like Neal Patrick Harris!
These clips are beautifully done and Frasier wasn't just about the plot of the episodes but the subtleties within them. Superb edits.
this is one of my favorite shows of all time, I watch it today on Paramount+, the cast and the writers made this little series timeless. great laughs over & over. Cheers from V.A.✌
I didn't watch first time round, I'm so glad I found it on repeat. I have had so many laughs. Love it and all the cast 😂❤
I always thought of it as clever humour...I love that Frasier also played a character in The Simpsons, cunning and droll 😁
One of my favorites is when Frasier encourages everyone to "take a leap" in honor of February 29th -Leap Year!
One of the best sitcoms ever!
My favourite one is ham radio. Hilarious😂😂😂😂😂
She has psychic visions so we decided to find it charming
Lmao 🤣
The Buttons and Bows episode is my hands down favorite!
This is the best quality I’ve seen, the cinematography is still phenomenal
Pump iron.. Neil's don't even pump's his own gas 😂😂i love how Niels can't help himself when he's a round Daphne trying to impress her
Roz is fantastic in every way .
I lust for her.
I will never understand why the actor who played Roz was never awarded an Emmy. She was outstanding.
« He’s napping, he’s napping » has been stuck in my head since 1993 😅
As with all good sitcoms , it’s a combination of good writing , good casting , & a touch of magic .
For without that magic , of a cast and crew that become good friends , there can only ever be an average show . Frasier is right up there with the best . I used to watch cheers , Hill street Blues , as well as shows in the Uk , such as Fawlty Towers , Only fools and Horses . Black Adder .
"He thinks he's a real boy" best line ever. 😂
The actress who played Maris should have won an Emmy.
😊😊
😁😆😅😄OMG exactly!!!
Martin is absolutely funny! And Frasier is upset because his father Martin had his favorite chair delivered to his apartment..🤣🤣
I noticed that in S 1 E1 the telescope is on the balcony yet it is not introduced until E5 as a surprise gift to Martin. Love the show about lovable snobs and have spotted more than a few bloopers after binge watching for quite a while.
I actually had forgotten this show. It's so hilarious. 😅
My two favorite episodes are, Merry Christmas Mrs. Moskowitz, and the one where Rick's parents visit Roz. (Rick is the father of Roz's baby) They have large noses lol..... It's Roz and the Snozz. I fell on the floor laughing....😂
Yes, love the meet the grandparents parents of Roz’s baby episode! It was perfectly executed!
@@Elizabeth-490 That it was. 😀
