Hi Andrea, I’ve never suffered from depression but I do have mobility issues because of my bad spine. I’ll be 70 this year and getting older is not easy. I wish I could go for walks with my husband and 2 dogs because I know how good it feels. I’m happy you are going to see someone and I hope you feel better! You look extra cute today! xoxo Joan
I'm sorry about your lack of mobility. ie Walking. I was a fitness walker in the 90's, never ever having done any exercise. and I was natural. So when you said I know how it feels, my stomch clenched along with my heart.

You are just a beautiful soul! Thank you so much for sharing your journey. As someone who has dealt with depression and anxiety my whole life I completely understand where you are at. You are helping others by sharing because it is really common especially as we age for people to develop depression. I have learned and continually have to remind myself that positivity and gratitude are wonderful tools that help battle depression. You got this and its ok to not be ok sometimes ❤❤❤

I suffer from depression as well. Some days l don't even get out of bed.❤
Since I live in the front of my apartment like it is a studio apartment. I havent slept in my bedroom for years. I call it miss sassy room, but i need lots of room for my Clothes etc LOL I have a cot as my lounge bed and I am supine most of the day, and sleep at night. With all ya all's support I am healing everyday.

A temu haul?! Oh yes!
Heyy Everybody just put the nail in the coffin. Temu is up against the number one addiction "Gambling", then TEMU. I used the words "addicting marketing " from first purchase in 2022.
I could just see the drug dealer on one corner and Temu on the other, taking notes from each other.
One comment I got was tearful, "I am taking money out of my savings."
I have by passed spending the value of a comfortable round trip flight to england.
I started my channel to get through a depression.
Now with this breakdown at Kaiser, I "GOT IT , truly want to change my hurtful harmful crazy thoughts. And at 73, set myself up in Happiness in my older years. xxoo A PS I hope you are well

I gave up everything else. I watch everything on my 15 inch MacBook.
Aside from Hauls, I have several fashion commentators i love to watch. Their words so pithy and witty. I love the language of fashion. I watched "Style" with "Elsa Klensch", in the 80's. She was the origional fashion commentator. I learned to pronounce designer names and learn their collections.
As a recluse I lay back on the lounge all day. So many channels. I groan that we all have talked our way into 60 minute videos. And it takes time to write comments. But that is our conversation. I gave up watching the multipal channel collaborations , I just can't right now.
When my eyes are done and my brain is jelly.I close it down. and lay back listening to audio books. And fall asleep.

Her designs are happy. You know...I'm also a recluse so our habits are similar. Stay sweet and you don't need to write if you're not feeling it. A cute emoji is sufficient. I will understand.
