WTGN's Scott Young Prepares to Retire after 45 Years

A recent banquet honoring WTGN Station Manager Scott Young gathered dozens of individuals who have been part of his 45 year ministry career in Lima. Scott came to Lima as a young man, never expecting to devote 4 1/2 decades here, but as time went on, he realized God had him in Lima for a reason.
