If you couldn't keep up with the payments with the Dauis house.. how will you keep up with the house in Florida once the family does move there? It's afloat right now because it's being rented out... but it will be over $3000 per month for mortgage repayments which is way more than the Dauis house I would imagine! Something has to change.. you guys will need to swallow your prides, get 9-5 jobs in anything you can find once in the States - UA-cam as a side job. I can fully understand Jodalyn's reasoning. Lost is something you can't control , unwilling. She only wants to explained that she was obliged to let go of the house bcoz Brian insisted of buying the florida house. They have money to pay the subd. but Brian wants to pay first the Florida house , so the right term is gave up... choosing between the two houses. When you lost your wallet, it is involuntary. I can fully understand Jodalyn's reasoning. Lost is something you can't control , unwilling. She only wants to explained that she was obliged to let go of the house bcoz Brian insisted of buying the florida house. They have money to pay the subd. but Brian wants to pay first the Florida house , so the right term is gave up... choosing between the two houses. When you lost your wallet, it is involuntary. But according to jodalyn , they gave up the house , so it means that it's not a bank forclosed property/ or whatever.
