oh i feel you brooke. i live in philly, and every time i leave, when i come back and step off the plane into the terminal and i’m walking down that bridge with the glass windows on either side looking over all the planes and going towards baggage claim i literally ALWAYS cry because i’m so happy to be home 😂🥲 anytime i’m anywhere else, i just want to leave and go back home. it’s literally like i’m addicted to philadelphia and i feel like nobody understands it fully lol. i just love it so much. also maine is beautiful. new hampshire, vermont too. in the mountains and forests, especially in the snow. a frozen body of water with a still moving waterfall pouring into it surrounded by evergreen trees and huge rock formations 🤩 if you’re more of an ocean person the beaches and islands off the coast of rhode island and some of massachusetts are the best. new england is seriously so amazing when it comes to the nature you can experience. i swear i’m not over-romanticizing it 😬
I’d like to make it known that I too seem to have a harder time than my peers when it comes to finding regular landlords and apartments that don’t flood or surprise me with other issues such as bats entering through vents and trees falling onto my parking spot. I cope by viewing these events as episodes of Curb

My ex boyfriend had a Capital One credit card and we were supposed to go to the Capital One Cafe but we broke up and I’m really sad I wasn’t able to get my free coffee and discounted goods from the Capital One Cafe :/
