That's almost all of the lifts there XD, the only ones you missed I can think of are Boots, M&S, River Island, NatWest (fmr Mothercare) and the other set of car park MonoSpaces

that mezzaine lift in JL is now the most boring thing ever. never thought i'd say this but that MP is far better.
