Thank you for sharing your experience, I m been cheated by my agent, we were not aware about this job, at least you were paid 13 pound, here we are paid only 10 pound. Same as u r saying, whole day we work and we are paid only for 3, 4 or 5 hrs. Then they deduct 12 pound for traveling, if it's between 7 to 3, and if it's between 7 to 10 then 24 pound, just tell me what saving r v going to do. How can we leave this job. They have given cos to us. Pls help me.

Yes this happened with me as well.....once I registered in an agency for home care although they were giving good pay rate but when I asked that is the traveling hours are included they said no the time you will spent with client just be included after that I decided not to get this kind of work and, to some extent this is not safe especially for girls as I feel.

In a nursing home under one roof its fantastic I believe, not shunting from one place to the in the cold. Would you be kind enough bro to share some email id of such nursing homes where I could serve these old people by talking to them giving them their medicine food etc. I would no doubt would leave no stone unturned if given a chance to serve.

Nothing. Just money 10-15 lakh. Or you work with then for 2-3 years than they give you for free. It depends on your bonding with carer

Yes, nobody can stop you to leave a job , so i did. They were forcing me to do that bcz i was good enough for that, and were giving me sponsorship for free. But ,I realised I don’t worth for that . So far. Bcz i am a student not on tier 2 . So don’t need to think that much

Feeling sad for you brother. But let me tell you one thing. Aapko shyad ye pehle maloom nahi tha ki door to door mai sirf jitna kaam kro utna paisa milta hai baaki traveling ka wo kuch nahi dete. And better option is to do care job in nursing care homes. Door to door tbhi kro agar apke pass car hai aur dusra apko nursing home care mai kahi job nahi mil rahi. Try to find job in some nursing care home and trust me apko afsoos nahi hoga.
