theres something super relaxing about asmr that involves exploring something or something that engages the curiousity of the person. i think it just reminds me a lot of what initially used to trigger my asmr, watching someone calmly shuffle and search through things, mainly in films because they made sure to emphasize the noises! but all that to say, i love this. thank you. 🥰
about the door: it's made for big groups of people that would like to stay in one room. most likely behind this door there is another room like yours, and when such a group arrives, they open the door and make one big room

After the day I had I just wanna say: to anyone who's ever been a victim of bullying / hate / violence because of their appearance, gender, orientation, race : DO NOT ever let a hateful notion 'there's something wrong with me' sink in. Trust me, it's a recipe for self hatred and compulsive anxieties later on. When we suffer and we need a break, it's only natural to think: maybe if I wasn't 'different', if I was 'normal' I would be accepted. No, haters will always find something else to prey upon. I've always had androgynous look, which was a real fuel for bullies when I was growing up. I embraced it, used it to my advantage in my acting / modeling career, I was almost the face of Leon in these new Resident Evil games :)

You are actually correct! The doors are to connect rooms together. So if someone is traveling with family or friends they can have their rooms connected like a house.

I worked as a hotel cleaner and those locked doors are usually connecting to another hotel room , for like big families or idk large group of friends to use , so they don’t need to go to the halway just have that door there 😁 hope i explained that good enough 😂
