My first wheel was the v12 ht, then I bought the Patton. For me, the v12 was an awesome starter wheel. I pretty much haven't touched it since the Pat. Thanks for the vid, gonna have to revisit my v12.😊😊
Oh wow. The Patton is the natural next successor to this wheel because of the similar wheel size and insane torque. It’s the V12 killer really… plus suspension? Must be amazing! Glad I reminded you to rekindle your love for your V12 though! Enjoy it. Let us know if it still feels good when riding it after the Patton!
Haha. Excellent choice! What city do you live in? The Sherman is soo good that it still holds up even against todays wheels. Did you get a good deal on it? How much do you love it? I’m delighted for you. Super cool! Ride safe and be careful!
@EUC-NYC-GUY I live in NJ about 25 minutes from the city and love having the extra range and power. I drove to VA to get a really good deal on it and have put over 300 miles on in the last month because of how much of a blast its been. Thanks for the response, love the vids!
I have the HT and i LOVE it! I turned up the settings and it unlocked the wheel for it to be 16 inch is very stable even if you were to catch a wobble in a bad one just carve. It will always be my go to wheel. Lost my kickstand the first week and was VERY HAPPY about it 😂
One other thing..the HT version has a much higher profile tyre fitted to the stronger 12”rim. As a result the V12HT is much closer to an 18” wheel than a 16”wheel..hence the higher pedals.
My favorite feature is the music speakers. It is also like a safety feature to let people know you are coming from about 50+ yards away. I learned you have to control the volume through your phone and not the wheel itself. It can be pretty loud.
Yes, sound is a great safety feature. I love not having to carry a big speaker. I hate extra baggage so this is very nice. Controlling it from the phone is an even bigger added plus. I love my V12HT. It is fast, durable and has so many featues. It rides soo good. And with the 6000 km on the clock it is still like new - rock solid. And no suspension means almost no maintenance. I love this wheel so much.
Dude! That’s fantastic news! I’m so happy that there’s such a huge following and so much appreciation for the V12. It really deserves credit as a solid invention. It’s phenomenal. @@EUC-NYC-GUY Funny that you called me warrior. Yesterday I crashed into the car which crossed my way. It was quite fast, I was breaking but not sure about the impact speed, could be around 30km/h. I personally had no issues at all regarding the ride. Only from the begining in july 2022 the system sounds in the wheel works weird but I don't really care it rides so good so I don't care about some fancy sound like turn on or turn off :).
The v12 is an insane EUC. Probably my favorite non-suspension wheel. It is still one of the fastest. (if you get the high speed) I have over 8,000 miles on it. Such a smooth and fast wheel. I still prefer it over most my other wheels...The only other wheel that I fell in love with as much is my Veteran Lynx. My favorite offroad wheel is the v14 over the patton or Extreme (16 inch category)
That’s great to hear. This validates exactly how I feel about the V12 right now. I know that it had a rocky start upon release with all of the motherboard issues but when you look past that, it’s an incredible wheel. The v12 HS is better. I had the HT Also It's deceptively easy to ride with lower top end and that knobby which only adds to cut outs and other crashes due to over confidence. The HS has noticeably more range and speed (at least 65 miles in one straight riding session at 25 mph and under) and the same acceleration if not more. It seems lighter because of the street tire. For me the HS has more acceleration because of this, but the grip on the knobby tire is what people may be perceiving as faster acceleration. Still easy to ride standing or seated. I've rode in heavy wind and rain storm weather multiple times down in here in NC and with both I have zero worries in any conditions. Ive been @ top speeds on both wheels in bad weather to test grip in rain and both slice right thru.
Great to hear. I believe I like the HS more as well. Making the HT beep at high speed hs been more disconcerting than the lack of acceleration on the HS. I love that the HS breaks well into the 40+mph territory. That’s a strong selling point for me. I also like the lower pedals. That said, I’m sure the HT has its advantages in the off-road aspect. I also like the tire that it comes with a little more.
