Nice side-by-side review. I prefer the 3549 floorplan. If you have guests, it gives them the ability to access the bathroom without going through the bedroom and increases the size of the pantry.

Prefer 3549. The rear bath is nice, but the closet is awkward and 1/2 bath is not necessary for a couple.
