I just saw M83 live tonight. They played this. It was different and yet so familiar. I've been listening to this song for 20 years now. I can't begin to explain how much joy this one song brought me. It really does capture joy.
I think more electronic artists need to hear this. The focus these days tends to be on making music as pristine sounding as possible, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it's not the most important thing. This entire album really feels like M83 just poured their emotions into these pieces and didnt worry about pitch-perfect mixes or marketability. Really think we need more of that in modern electronic music.
I love this song so so much. Just like the title states, this song emanates the passion of letting go of your ego and simply "run into flowers". I just close my eyes while listening to this song and I'm always swept off my feet into pure euphoria. This is the perfect song to paint to. I adore you, M83. :)

This song is just spectacular. Serenity 110% met. It is mind melting relief for any stress, pain..etc. Just pure love that pours over you like syrup and wraps you like a warm blanket. When I am hurting I have to meditate and i look for songs that are high vibe that lift me up. This is one that i seek.

I'm British and work behind a bar in London, when talking to American's I always ask them about any new and decent up coming artist's they have heard from the states, It's always Skrillex this and Skrillex that. They don't seem to brag enough about cool and fresh sounding peeps like M83.
I was tripping the hell out of my head hearing music with my ipod in shuffle mode when suddenly this song came out into my ears when i haven't heard it before in my life, it was an amazing and crazy moment, felt like falling down in an eternal and beautiful synth pit
m83 is wave after wave of pure clear bliss i could die to this music and love the experience of doing so but it really makes me want to live and try everything.my friend and i would hop on bikes and just ride through the city at night on X and i would listen to "lower your eye lids to die with the sun" and it would make everything seem like thats the way life should be.m83 will make you think about what life is really about not work not stuff just living and being happy loving
Dead Cities is so ace, man. So immediate and epic which makes for great car stereo blasting but it also contains all these little nuances, textures, layers and subtleties that makes it a great headphones album as well. Also, my Grandma approves so there you go.
