    Mitch grew up in Peterborough Ontario, where he spent most of his early life employed by his families second generation home building business. Growing up in an environment where work life, and the dinner table talk consistently centred on local real estate markets, construction, and development, all helped build the foundation that started Mitch's real estate career.
    After receiving a degree in architectural technology, Mitch spent several years working for the family business full time doing site supervision. After seeing first hand how the 2007/ 2008 credit crisis affect the family home building business, Mitch became fascinated with understanding credit cycles and the underpinnings of asset booms and busts. With a strong understanding of how homes are built, and whats going on in his local market, Mitch loves helping guide new clients in the right direction with their real estate needs!

    What was the purchase price?

      If memory serves me correctly we reached an agreement right around $590,000.00
