101 and 105 are actually rebuilt and repainted GP35s not BL20GHs Units 101-108 are GP35s Units 110-115 are BL20GHs owned by Metro North Units 125-130 are BL20Ghs owned by CDOT (in the New haven livery, although being repainted into CTrail colors with 125 already repainted) Nice video though!
It honestly depends on which line your on. I've done all three lines during the PM rush hour between 3PM - 8PM. I would say for the Harlem line 4PM - 7PM (3PM - 7PM south of North White Plains), 4PM - 8:30PM on the New Haven Line (due to Danbury diesel), and 5PM - 7PM on the Hudson line.
