Dude wtf!? I thought I was the ONLY one using giant grubs on swimbait heads! Well since the cats out of the bag - I like the Kalin 8" octogambo grub in green or rootbeer flake with an eagle claw trokar jighead. I reel it straight it in with some slight twitching action. Strikes usually comes after ripping it through some weeds.
Nice footage!!! Triggering a strike in ultra clear --- that pretty good!!! Enjoyed it.... wish more would have cooperated (they rarely do, selfish fish). Looking forward to the next!
Sweet video there dudes, the editing is getting better and better each video.. that’s pretty wicked of the hookup! If you’s ever come to NZ and want to chase some big trout I am your man! Keep the excellent content flowing
Man great video luv your stuff I caught a muskie just like the first one and wut would u guys use for Ontario muskie in June 9 to 12 thank u u guys are the best muskie anglers ever man it is awesome to catch a muskie for the first fish of the year I look forward to every video that u guys produce and I'm checking my phone constantly to see if there is a new video and when I see a new viddie I'm like hell yeah
i lost my PB today on st.claire. i never seen one this big today. totally choked. she slammed a custom x twitch bait. thanks for the vids and helpful tips.
@@Zjudoransj no no no. Yeah your reel might be considered right handed but when you have to switch hands to cast and figure 8... Lets be real. And as to a figure 8.. The fish could be under the boat for all you know
Kyle Huber true, but in his case it’s really clear water. So it’s better to get your lure in the water, even when I go fly fishing I don’t always figure 8 since it just removes time for you to have your lure in the water. when it comes to reels Idk why but that’s like standard. Most people buy right or left handed spinning gear and then when they switch to a reel the buy a left or right handed again, but for a baitcasting reel it’s different than a spinning reel. So therefor the weird switching over, In America almost everybody does that. Here in Holland we just do what feels great so yea..

Non fisherman: “that’s a 4 footer”
Fisherman: *THATS A 48 INCHER*
Remember guys, bigger numbers
awesome clear water action. man those fish really take off like a rocket once hooked
Man ive been saying it for a while, Robbie and Heidi are a match made in heaven
You and your wicked wayyyysssss
Try pitching a live chub to fish you see instead of a lure
That's tough sky conditions for such clear water. Come on, Heidi!! It's your turn next for a muskie this season.
Great video as always! But Your chest mount straps make my ocd go insane! Hahaha
Me too! (Lee here) 🤣

Thank you
What a beautiful place to fish muskies
Some cool footage!
That is probably the Octogambo grub from Kalin's, I have never heard of a Mister Twister grub over 6 inches, Kalin's is known for big grubs.
Awesome video!
Awesome stuff Robbie!
Nice vid Robbie, cool fish.
Just fished in this inlet, there were about 30 musky by the dam waterfall. hundreds of bass near the mouth

@@TodaysAngler you guys are the best thank you so much for producing the amazing content.
It's the first fish curse. Catch one early and then get skunked.
Although with musky one fish is still good.
What Chaos tackle rod you throwing that jig with? Tactical or surgical strike?
9' Surgical.
God Bless you both! What a way to enjoy life! Keep it up Robbie
What line??
Great video, you inspired me to make my own fishing videos on my channel!
💪
Seeing fish that won't eat, story of my spring!
Story of my musky fishing career, not one yet.
i lost my PB today on st.claire. i never seen one this big today. totally choked. she slammed a custom x twitch bait. thanks for the vids and helpful tips.
Bummer, you're welcome.
Where is this
That's a pretty little guy..
Where did you buy your big grub from?
Musky Shop has them. 8" Kalins
I am thinking Heidi needs her own channel. She changes tons!!
Nice vid
It’s like sight fishing for sharks. Pretty much throw anything near them and they will go after it if you piss it off enough. It’s too easy.
“If I see another one like that I probably won’t cast at it “ Hell naw a musky is a musky small or big
Robby you need to hold on to your girlfriend any girl who will fish musky with her man is a keeper!
I know what river you guys were in. I had some good luck sight fishing for muskies in that river with the Megabass vision 110 and deps 250
What lake is this?
Your reel is left handed. Shouldnt have to switch hands when you cast. Do you even figure 8?
Kyle Huber his reel is right handed
Kyle Huber and figure 8 is mostly important if there’s a fish chasing/ when you’re flyfishing
