The movie is basically about there town Seabrook at a Power plant a explosion happened causing half of the town to become Zombies . Those that weren’t infected basically “the perfect” looking people built a wall to keep the Zombies out but then the Zombies ended up going to school with them and the cheerleader and the Zombie fall in love blah blah and show that they all can coexist together instead of apart

i would defiantely say to watch the movie it would make more sense to you and the movie's songs contents as well.... but the songs are good.... and i believe a different director directed Z-O-M-B-I-E-S than the one that directed the descendants franchise as well as the High school musical franchise Kenny ortega who also directed hocus pocus i believe and was a coreographer for Michael Jackson as well..... if i am not mistaken
