Nice examples! Overall I think these represent their Good and Great well. I recently got these and Primus Trail Knits from Revivo. I've bought a few others in the past too that match your showcase. Now my latest purchase made think that they probably have all kinds of reasons for grading a particular pair the way they do. Those Primus Trails were graded "Great" and they were in absolutely perfect condition when it comes to the shoes themselves. I could've thought nobody had ever even touched them---except for some really visible and splashy glue-job for the sole. Both shoes have a relatively large splotch of glue at the edges. In this case, a good deal for me as I'm really happy to get well functioning and feeling shoes, but might've been a massive deal breaker for someone really expecting "some minor signs of wear and tear" (their own description for Great).
I’d buy some good quality leather oil and use it once or twice a month depending on how much you wear them. It’s real leather so do what you can and they’ll last a very long time
