I figured by "making the neighborhood peaceful," Calypso would basically erase the neighborhood. It's a nice note that Roadkill leaves in a field instead of the highway. In the "Lost Endings," Viper and Spectre get killed by Calypso. The latter of which is resurrected, as his wish follows and then killed by Calypso. He liked doing that
