Many thanks for uploading this. Although Stanshall wasn't at all happy with the way the album turned out, it's still worth listening to for anyone who enjoyed 'Sir Henry at Rawlinson End', which is generally agreed to be far superior (and a must if you haven't heard it). Nevertheless, 'N'didi's Kraal' has some great moments.
It was unfinished in his view. While he was in St Peter's Hospital Chertsey, a 'friend' took it upon himself to go to Vivian's home and grab most if not all the n'didi's kraal material. It was then cobbled together and released on Demon Records without Vivian's approval. This didn't become known until his widow went through his papers later whilst writing his biography.
@@billcobbett9259 I'm surprised there were any papers to find. His home burned down around him, didn't it? My (quite possibly erroneous) recollection is that he perished trying to save a precious collection of dadaist art.

Cecil F Ing AMAZING I've missed so many years also. Viv was always so far a head. Some times when one does not know what the f uck you're doing is best. Madness is peace.
This album never gets old. Full of some brilliant quotes!
