As an American I'd like to say I agree with this video. I was born here and I'll probably die here, in my 60s because healthcare is so expensive. On 15th December the first phase of the US-China trade deal was signed. A few weeks from then a trade truce was signed with an out clause saying that if there was an act of god (such as a pandemic) China would not have to hold its end of the trade deal. Word was already out close to late November that there was some sort of a virus or disease in Wuhan. The only logical sequence that I can think of is that information was withheld and underreported to ensure that the trade deal got signed, with that out clause. I think it would be a stretch to think that the exact timing was all but a coincidence

We were asked to self-quarantine for a month, as I know all the people were doing that except for health system staff and government staff. That time was depressing. But now I’m so glad that my family is safe and we’ve back to normal life since last month. My grandma and all the other elder family members are safe and sound.

Residents in the surrounding area were offered free nuclei acid detection for Coronavirus and finally the infection number counted up to around 300, which, seemed nothing compared to 3,000,000 but was undoubtedly seen as breaking news in China, leading to the cities around reintroducing those emergency measures early this year, including my city. But within weeks the virus was wiped out once again, and now I'm home. Actually except for the anxiety after I saw the news, hardly did this new breakout have any influence on my life.
We expected our government to listen to scientists and doctors. Instead we elected a virus clown and now so many have died. Obviously for someone like you who go around replying to just about everybody here, you have plenty of unemployment time to figure that out. A few weeks from then a trade truce was signed with an out clause saying that if there was an act of god (such as a pandemic) China would not have to hold its end of the trade deal. Word was already out close to late November that there was some sort of a virus or disease in Wuhan. The only logical sequence that I can think of is that information was withheld and underreported to ensure that the trade deal got signed, with that out clause. I think it would be a stretch to think that the exact timing was all but a coincidence

We were asked to self-quarantine for a month, as I know all the people were doing that except for health system staff and government staff. That time was depressing. But now I’m so glad that my family is safe and we’ve back to normal life since last month. My grandma and all the other elder family members are safe and sound.

We expected our government to listen to scientists and doctors. Instead we elected a virus clown and now so many have died. It's like being locked in a car with the alarm going off and you can't turn it off. Then that car gets pushed down a cliff and we slowly watch the descent to death. Everyone has fudged their death toll and I hope it is pinned on our president because he was the major provider of misinformation early on. Don't hate us, we're prisoners.

Sorry mate but we actually (fingers crossed) seem to be ok here in Oz. We all went straight into isolation and to date have only had less than 80 deaths nationwide.
