I would vote for tsb being the worst bank.
Their App is constantly down for “maintenance” …
@@Chris_7796 their online banking didn't work for 2 years straight and they didn't bother to fix it where you could pay existing recipients. You had to add new ones again every time and now I have hundreds of duplicate recipients that I can't even delete.
The app is always down and barely functional when its up.
The savings account rates are a joke other than the regular saver.
Its also impossible to do many things online that you can do in the app to try and force you to use the shit app.
I could go on forever.
Definitely interested in a video on children's bank accounts!!!!!
For me Natwest is the best Highstreet and Monzo is the best digital bank
