By the way, the edp doesn’t have the hospital feel to it, it’s mostly the extrait.
U know what I just bought Baccarat rouge to review on my channel and when I sprayed this fragrance, it smelt like nothing!😳😳😳I know what I’m saying right now sounds crazy BUT I then sprayed myself and it quickly disappeared and didn’t have a dry down. The dry down was none existent! Now 😳😳😥😥😥I literally feel depressed!😟😟😟😟I’m here looking up even more reviews to try to process my first impressions. I’m shook and confused.....honestly!
I haven't smelled Instant Crush but I have Baccarat rouge 540 and I like it but I don't love it. Honestly, I don't get that medicine smell at all. It smells like burnt sugar to me, one thing I love about this fragrance is its the sillage.
Juliett Irina Im sorry but I smell a strange wet used bandaid. It has a bad stale hospital odor and it’s repulsive to me. I’m sad bcs im a huge MFK fan and I dont get why everyone raves about it. Oh well. Thanks for letting me vent...lol
I sampled BR540 the same time as Arianna Grande Cloud, and I bought Cloud! I actually prefer it and not just because of the price, but because It leans colder and lasts longer. Great review as always 🖤
Could it be because you can’t smell 540 after a while but people smell you and give you compliments? I have both but cloud disappears on my skin and last a bit longer on clothes but br stays on my clothes until I wash em.

Got a sample of BKR and I don't see what the hype is about. It last literally few hours, for the price point it's not worth it. Then again scents are personal.
I go nose blind to BR540. I can spray it for days and days and I don’t smell it for more than 5 minutes. What baffles me is that no one can smell it on me either and I have NEVER gotten compliments while wearing it. It doesn’t project off of me at all. Not the extrait or EDP. I don’t smell it on my clothes either it’s extremely strange but I know I’m not the only person this happens to.

Thank you and only you, it's really a unique amazing scent!), so I have the same look on baccarat. But what I don't like the most is a huge quantity of clones from other brands!! Montale arabians tonka, v canto stramonio, mancera instant crush, les contes elfe d'or etc.... they are SO SIMILAR AWWHHH. I never understand from my side which one is at the moment🤬 so I'm very sceptic about baccarat trend. I tried to wear some, but on my cold skin it's nauseous iodine with ordinary sugar/caramel

Most reviewers use same sentence don’t overspray but it will more easy if will just state how many sprays means overspray 3-4-5-6 because are fragrances when 2 sprays are enough

Instant Crush has that same lingering stale hospital latex odor. I tested it on my golden retriever incase it is my body chemistry and he too smells like band aid..he showed his teeth & growled at me. I think that means he hates it too🤣👎🏼

I have to agree with another comment down below. The opening of instant crush is very similar to 540, but quickly morphs into something different. They r in no way similar after the initial opening. No offense, but i was gonna go buy your recommendation on fragrenza’s dupe of lost cherry. However, after watching this i might have to hold off buying fragrenza as your interpretations of instant crush and 540 is way off.

I like Instand Crush better than BR540. It is quite different in top and mid notes and in the far drydown you can smell this 'hospital disinfectant' which I don't like in Baccarat. My solution is to re-spray at that point.

If that sounds interesting to anyone, then try Afnan Mirsaal with Love :) Stunning delicious, balsamic, creamy/ambery-resin scent.

I do not care for MFK 540 either, it smells like tooth floss that has that vanilla spearmint flavor to it. And with that a overdose of Ozone note. It's weird and not for me. Instant Crush I actually enjoy but it too has that sharp almost cologne note in the opening.

I totally agree about the medicinal smell. I work in one of the medical professions and I've worked in a hospital so the scent is very familiar to me.
