Love the theater seating, the 2 way fridge, the porcelain toilet, the 3 burner gas cooktop with oven, the fiberglass roof, the frameless windows, the ladder and the awesome cargo door latches👍👍👍Totally not impressed with the $164,000 Class C MSRP, the horrendous TV position and the “Come watch me shower in the hallway”👎👎👎
Matt is absolutely right about the TV placement over the bunk. It’s a deal breaker for someone like me who has neck issues. Plus as he said, if you are using the bunk for storage you can’t use the TV. Andrea is right about how high the step is going into the shower. Love that you can use the bed with the slide in and also love the slam shut storage doors underneath. As usual, you guys are spot on!
I need one of these! My three loves about this: the split bathroom (sometimes I'll be traveling with 3 other adults, so it'll be nice that someone can use the bathroom while someone else is taking a shower), the counter space in the kitchen - you can actually cook there, the window above the bunk - I look forward to looking up at the stars while drifting off to sleep.
I love Entegra Class Cs. (Entegra finally changed the valances!) The entire RV is usable with the slides in. The theater seats are pointless because of the TV placement. I would rather have a sofa. Beautiful kitchen with lots of counter space! The backsplash doesn't match anything. I wish the cabinets were lighter. Split baths are great. The master bedroom is nice and practical with enough space and excellent storage.
Entegra really does a nice job on their class Cs. The TV in the bunk area makes no sense. Everyone under 25 is watching a screen. It would be great to have the TV on an arm that comes down from the ceiling in front of the kitchen cabinets. You have quite a bit of space to work with there.
I love this. Just watched a couple who recently bought this one and they love it. They've had other's, but they couldn't say enough good things about this RV. This made a even deeper impression on me, how well they are made. They even went to the plant and saw how they are made. Super !!
I like how the under the bed storage is accessible from outside. I hate the tv in the over the cab bunk. I like the cargo door latches. I dislike how the medicine cabinet doors are different sizes. I love how you can use the whole motor home with slides in. I like the outside paint scheme.
I love almost everything about this 29V but 1 drawback - must have large TV across from Theater seating. Attach a tv to the ceiling and it could remotely swing down to watch and swing back up and latch and off we go! Theater seats need heat!
👋👋Hey Andrea & Matt. Love your videos. I try to watch others to get more info but have found I only usually yours and Josh the RV nerd are the only ones i like. I enjoy these because you and Josh show an RV as a home I would be living in (no flash) but the good, bad & ugly🤣. Thank you 😊
Absolutely need separation of bath area unless you are nudists therefore don’t mind showing glory or couple only. I like a big tv in the bedroom. Kitchen is excellent. Being able to use with slides in is a plus.
As always a nice review. The 29v deal breaker for me is the low ccc; 1,350 is only good for two adults, not a family. It is time for Jayco/Entegra start building the 29V on a E550 to obtain a 2,000 ccc.
Yes, 2 adults a couple of dogs, add the water and groceries and I’m scratching my head. All that exterior storage, for what. You put in gas and I’m sure you must already be over loaded.🤨
The storage under the bed with exposure to an outside storage compartment door makes me think it will be cold in the bed if you were camping in colder climates.
Love your channel! Thanks for all of the great RV reviews. Trying to decide between the 29V and 27U, but am leaning towards the 29V because the bed can stay down with the slide in. After touring all of the Class C’s at the Tampa RV show this year, I agree with you that Entegra makes the nicest Class C RV on the market.
The RV has so much storage in the kitchen area. They should have put a TV (like bedroom) so that you can watch tv from the recliners. I think it should have more solar panels and more capacity. It should have a sliding screen door separating the bedroom instead of an accordion curtain. I would prefer a U shaped dinette if it would work with slides in.
The 29v really hits all the boxes. A true camping rig. Love the window in the bathroom, the separate shower, the oven and especially the real camping gas refrigerator. We love to primitive camp and this unit will do that! Thank you for the great review. You folks do a wonderful job!
Likes: + nice big shower, +great kitchen counter space & pantry, usable w/ slides in, slam latch exterior doors & exterior storage Dislike: - TV placement, it could be over the door - still no piano hinges in dinette storage, or in this class, they should have done drawers
Hi Matt and Andrea! I don’t really have any dislikes but I’ll mention a one My dislike is the tv placement upfront. It would be hard to watch it where it’s located. That is my only dislike. My likes I have a lot. This is a very nice Rv. Entegra did great with this Esteem. I love the fact you can pick the refrigerator you want but you lose the pantry. But i like it the way it is. I’m with you Matt I love Entegra. Class C ‘s is what I have always loved. I love the paint job outside too and the color of the cabinetry. I love that big shower. It’s all very great and nice to me. I’ve have joined you on You Tube. Thank you Matt. And thank you Andrea as well. Love you both.
I can see why Matt loves the RV. For the price point you are receiving a beautiful RV. Honestly, they could have tweaked the bedroom area & ditched the slides. By getting rid of the slides the MPG go up & the cargo carrying capacity will increased. This would be the perfect RV (and give Leisure Travel a run for their money) with no slides. Fabulous RV to travel in.
nothing i dont like about this one except the price.... easy enough to put the TV on a swivel , like the Forrest River. the SHOWER>... if you have problems with knees and hips,,,, getting into the RV would be an issue. So the shower step up is a non issue. Nice RV.
Matt, my wife and I bought a new 2021 Entegra Esteem V29 after watching many of your reviews. We absolutely love this RV. we continue to watch your RV reviews and have yet seen anything better for the price. Thank you. Gary&Colleen
We started looking again at RV's. We currently have a 28' Toy hauler trailer, but hope to upgrade to an RV in a couple years. Wife was thinking Class A, I was thinking Super C diesel. Then started really thinking what do we need? Think a Class C would work great. This model right now is my 1st choice. Glad I found Matt and Andrea's video.
Hey Matt and Andrea thanks for another great RV review! I am super excited because we just traded our 2015 class A for an Entegra Esteem class C 27U. I loved this floor plan more but we really wanted a shorter unit that I could take out by myself. I hope that flip up bed doesn’t make me crazy! 😊
I actually love this whole layout. If I had the money, I would get this tomorrow. The TVs are inconsequential as I prefer to read. However, I would contact y'all first for the best possible discount.
@@judybug60 I got contacted by email and text, they asked if I was willing to travel, I said yes, then they replied and said they didn't have one. And that was that. I emailed back to inquire more, no reply.
Concerning CPAP machines… we put both of ours in the overhead cabinet above the bed. Drilled holes for the hose and cord to come through…..Perfect and out of the way
Bought the 27u. All the great features of deluxe class c but with more maneuverable wheelbase (and upgrade suspension) flip up bed not a problem..use 750# capacity cabover which is great. 27u has real bathroom with biggest shower in class c
❌ TV placement is a deal breaker ❌ TV in BR is small & can't be enlarged in the space ✔ Kitchen is great! ✔ Easily usable with slides in ✔ Slam latch exterior doors
Nice RV. Thanks for sharing. I like the space, overhead bunk, double sink and bedroom. Disliked the shower area because of the glass door and lack of privacy /door. Agree with you about the main TV placement being bad. I would love to see an outdoor kitchen on this.
I rarely if ever disagree with Matt, but Entegra discontinued my favorite Class C model (forgot the model number but would recognize it if I saw the interior) around 2014, 2015, which had the dinette on the passenger side so that you could watch other folks outside or children who were outside and which also made into a bed. There was a couch od the driver’s side which made into a bed, kingside bed in the bedroom, nice bathroom, shower and wardrobe. It also had plenty of storage and was about 32 feet long. Just when I was ready to buy, it was discontinued and none were available in my area.
I didn’t like how the toilet was causing Matt’s arm to be squished against the wall. And that the kitchen didn’t have an extra pullout prep space. But I really like this RV on the whole.
Beautiful but the CCC is a deal breaker. Ditch the solid surface countertop. They can still be nice. Not a fan of split baths but some like the flexibility. It makes me feel claustrophobic 😂
I love your videos!!! You two make me smile, even on a bad day! I'm not sure I'll ever get an rv, but I definitely know where to find a really nice and informative couple. Keep up the good work!🙂
Mat I know you love the large front window. But have you tried keeping one of those clean, I have a gray hawk and its hard to keep the bugs off the front cap . Let alone keep the window clean. The biggest dislike I have is the sliding shower doors. My leeks like crazy, Going to replace it with a nautilus retractable door, and it 50 pounds lighter.
Love the paint job, love the added heavy sway bars because I am adding them to my entegra 30z along with the Safety T Plus. I hate the TV location!! And wish they would put in a fireplace like our 30z. Love the double slide And big kitchen. Great review you guys!!
Definitely my favorite Class C! The big question is…. How’s that Godzilla engine for flat towing a 4000 LB Jeep! I love Super C’s, but the price on this rig is awesome! Keep up the great work buddy!
Hi Guys, wondering if that video was at RV One in Orlando. If so when? There are a few items in the video that makes me think that is my actual RV I purchased March 5. That would be cool if it was. Thanks for all the fun and informative videos.
Dont like the tv placement, set up into shower. Like theater seating and dinette. Love the extras for most comfortable riding. Tks to Matt and Andrea great job! Stay well.
Hey Matt and Andrea! Thought I'd drop by and leave you guys a comment! Still love what you guys are doing as always! That Entegra is great😊-spacious;nice paint job, and perfect toilet pos.🚽!😏And I totally agree with the dislikes, especially the TVs being small. alright, take care guys!🎺🎺🎺🥗!
Love this one! Love the exterior paint. Love the kitchen. Love the layout when the slides are closed. Concerns: didn’t see a plug or set up for a CPAP. I would need that. If you can’t build in an outdoor kitchen at least wire/plumb that back storage compartment so I can put a small fridge and a faucet back there.
We have the Jayco 29MV and had a friend drill 2 holes in the cabinets above the bed to fit the hose and the cord. And he put grommets around the holes to finish it off. PERFECT !!!!
Clearly nice for a Class C. That front vista window over the cab has a downside in hot weather...some report that it really lets the heat in, notwithstanding the shade. And is the CCC JUST 1,350?! That's close to Sprinter's "nobody but you and the wife...and a small dog" (see Sherry's cogent comment just below)...that might indeed be a stopper. The 32' length might be a bit long for some parks. It looks like the shotgun seat would adjust somewhat b/c the entry door (and not a dinette) is right behind it. Very nice to be able to use the whole coach with the slides in! This is clearly a step up in luxury feel from a Minnie Winnie, say. As always, some pluses...but some minuses also.
Love Entegra but wish they would go to a "lighter" cabinetry and not crazy about TV placement over the bunk. So much to like....all the windows, when the slides are in plenty of room, really like the "split" bathroom, theatre seats, LOVE the kitchen counter area, and over all love it !
That TV in the bedroom is TINY. And that top drawer is way too high. A bigger TV with more storage behind it would have been much better. And the TV over the bunk is actually a problem for me. I do like to watch TV in the evening. But tons of storage, windshield over the bunk (lets more light in), and just the overall flow of the floor plan are all great.
My dislike is the furness and hot water heater venting on the patio side, on a hot day you get blasted with hot smelly air while sitting on your patio / deck
Love you guys! I would consider to buy this but what stops me is that it’s hard to drive it in the city cuz it’s too long, I’m going for that 25footer 😅
Have the Television 📺 With BIGGER STRONGER TV ARM, TO SWING IN FRONT OF KITCHEN LIVING SPACE DOOR 🚪 And STRONG ENOUGH TO FLIP UP TO THE CEILING TO LAY FLAT OR SWING BACK TO TOP BED.
Would love to see this floor plan offered on the Rebel chassis. It would make up for the low cargo carrying capacity and put it a 4 x 4 diesel chassis. It would be awesome
So first the Likes.........3 things, it is parked diagonally across from what looks like a Winnebago Revel, second it is parked diagonally across from a Winnebago Revel, and third you could use this with the Slides IN!. 3 things we do not like about this RV, it is not the Winnebago Revel parked across from it, did not have a Compressor Fridge ( absorption Fridge is so 1970 ) and there is not real separation from the living section to the bedroom! Half Dislike, should be a pull out pantry!!!!!
The cargo carry on this is ridiculous. Way to low for a 32 footer. Two adults, gas, water and thats about it. You wouldn’t be able to stock it fully without being over your ccc. Thats a big deal breakerfor us
I don’t like the low weight capacity, the accordion door, and the fleet spec cab interior. I’d have to imagine a lot of folks ponying up six figures for one of these would want the cab to have what their daily driver car has: Heated seats, leather wrapped steering wheel, auto/dual zone climate control, adaptive cruise, premium audio, etc. I know I would.
@@larryhudson3930 I put in about 4-5k miles a month driving . For me adaptive cruise with stop/go is a real help especially in traffic jams. I do realize I’m most likely in the minority here.
I would PREFER A SMALLER💛 BATHROOM, and HAVE THREE THEATER CHAIRS (SEATS)💛 BECAUSE YOUR NOT SUPPOSED 🤔 TO LIVE IN THE BATHROOM. USED IT and GET OUT. YOU DON'T REALLY NEED A SINK and CABINET FOR BATHROOM. HAVE A MIRROR OVER KITCHEN SINK.💛 ALSO THE THEATER SEATS SHOULD💛 BE ABLE TO (RECLINE TOTALLY FLAT)💛 TO MAKE (THREE BEDS)💛 MARCH 2022
Love it but would rather have the nice windows on the camp side like my GD 5th wheel. Don’t know if I could go back to the windows on the non camp side.
The position of the TV over the bunk is definitely a drawback. It makes it basically useless. The living space and kitchen are great, though. I love it that you can use it with the slides in.
Love your videos! Love Andrea and your friends. You all do a great job. We are in the market and you are really helping us decide which rig fits us best. So as soon as we are ready we are going to call, text, email and FaceTime you!
This would be perfect except for the TV's. The bedroom TV is way too small. The one over the bunk I hate. Accordion door to the bedroom is a negative. Otherwise the entire layout is great. The overhead bunk, kitchen, split bath, plenty of room with slide outs in and etc.
Dislike the TV placement - would not buy because of that. Dislike the fact that no 12 volt compressor refrigerator is offered. Cargo carrying capacity is really borderline. Love that there is no step up going into the bedroom.
Hi guys. I just finished watching your review on the Entegra 29 V. I really love this unit, except its only a 30 amp, with two a/cast, you really need a 50 amp, don't you?
I am considering buying a 29v this spring but have 1 concern- I see the black and grey water pipes are below the bottom of the body and not protected. My concern is that they could get busted and has anyone had issues when draining the black water since the pipes set so low. Thanks for any responses

How does that work with the shower traveling with other adults? No privacy issues or do you plan to put an obscuring film on the glass doors?
@Paul Wilgus Yes, that's what I'll be doing.

I'd really like to see more Class Cs have a televator across from the TV.
Yes, that's one of my dislikes. The TV here is not set up for the living area and I've always wanted to see one that flips down from the ceiling.
My first negative thought was that that TV in the bedroom was too small, so Andrea is correct.
Agree...that is a postage stamp not a t.v.
Absolutely need separation of bath area unless you are nudists therefore don’t mind showing glory or couple only. I like a big tv in the bedroom. Kitchen is excellent. Being able to use with slides in is a plus.

Better Quality Upholstery, and Powered Recliners are nice. MSRP is way too high!
Check out the 29V Entegra Odyssey with Modern Farmhouse décor. Same floorplan, light cabinetry.
Can you change out the TV and holder to make the TV bigger and make it swing out further? So it's at a better angle?
My dislike is the furness and hot water heater venting on the patio side, on a hot day you get blasted with hot smelly air while sitting on your patio / deck
Love you guys! I would consider to buy this but what stops me is that it’s hard to drive it in the city cuz it’s too long, I’m going for that 25footer 😅
Hinges....no, they need drawers
Have the Television 📺
With BIGGER STRONGER
TV ARM, TO
SWING IN FRONT OF
KITCHEN LIVING SPACE
DOOR 🚪
And STRONG ENOUGH
TO FLIP UP TO THE
CEILING TO LAY FLAT
OR SWING BACK TO
TOP BED.
I know I would.
good points, but I hate adaptive cruise control and have only used our cruise control to ensure it works.
@@larryhudson3930 I put in about 4-5k miles a month driving . For me adaptive cruise with stop/go is a real help especially in traffic jams. I do realize I’m most likely in the minority here.
I would PREFER
A SMALLER💛
BATHROOM, and
HAVE THREE THEATER CHAIRS (SEATS)💛
BECAUSE YOUR NOT SUPPOSED 🤔
TO LIVE IN THE BATHROOM.
USED IT and GET OUT.
YOU DON'T REALLY NEED
A SINK and CABINET FOR BATHROOM.
HAVE A MIRROR OVER KITCHEN SINK.💛
ALSO THE THEATER SEATS SHOULD💛
BE ABLE TO (RECLINE TOTALLY FLAT)💛
TO MAKE (THREE BEDS)💛
MARCH 2022
My husband I watch every review! We love your channel!
Thank you so much!!!
Would like to see this model shortened up, leave out the dinette keep the big shower and big bed and usable with slides in
I don’t like a split bath.
Love the kitchen but hate the shower split
Love your videos! Love Andrea and your friends. You all do a great job.
We are in the market and you are really helping us decide which rig fits us best. So as soon as we are ready we are going to call, text, email and FaceTime you!
Love your channel! When we are ready to buy we will calling you! From CA subscriber
Did Integra stop making the Odyssey 29K? I liked the no slide bedroom and other features. Thx
If a slider does get stuck in the out position, is there a way to crank it back in by hand? If not, what then?
Matt do they have a coach option instead of theater seating?
Tri-fold sofa is standard in that position. Theatre seat was an option.
Looking for the perfect family RV I really appreciate you both and Love your approach the showing TV life!!
