This is a great idea. I want to concentrate on my toiletries as I have a lot of samples and travel sizes that I never get around to using. I want to either just use them up or give them away/donate them.
Those are hard to use up I know! I often keep all in one box. I use shower gel /shampoo for a bubble bath, lotions etc in handbag as a hand cream or at time shave legs with that instead of shaving cream. makeup gets decluttered unless it is a mascara that I can just keep in line until my one finishes. I also use shampoo or shower gel as a soap in a bathroom that gets used up quick. Shampoo that doesn't suit the hair can be used as a hand soap too.
I reorganized my closet, de cluttered all clothes that I no longer wear, feels so good!!
