A completely irrelevant leadership race for a party which has been so incompetent and hubristic that it is now out of power for at least 5 years. Why bother? If these people have any talent, any sense of loyalty and service to the country, any drive for improvement, and anything about themselves, they'd leave their cushy pointless jobs in parliament and go into proper jobs where they can actually *produce* stuff, help people, and do something meaningful. But they won't - because they're addicted to power and they are desperate for that chance of a bit more of it, at some point, followed by a possible Peerage and a lifetime on the Westminster gravy train.
