@@VidTubeWatch the sad thing about all of this is I had a neighbor who was Jewish die of cancer on the same day. My family and several others witnessed to her but weren't successful. I came to the realization that you can only present it to them and pray for them but in the end it's their decision to make.
The service was amazing, the turnout for the car show and service was very impressive for relatively short notice. Thank you for having the serious conversations with Rob to keep the stories going.
We cannot thank you enough for the support through the last week in the loss of Rabbit. He will certainly never be forgotten and this won't be the last video looking back on his amazing life but tomorrow we will resume a more normal VINwiki content pattern. Tuesday we have an update on Ed's 3 very broken V12 Lambos and Wednesday Ed & John Temerian debate the most important collector cars of the 2000s.
Thank you Ed for taking care of Rob in the end. You are a great guy and an even better friend as you showed! Rest in peace Rob! Wish I could have made the funeral.
I was there and my son wanted to take a picture with you so bad we didn’t want to ask, but you just walked up to us and said hello so we all got a picture with you. You are such a nice guy and a great person God bless all of you. ✝️
This hit so hard. Even more of a tribute to his character, he felt his life was well lived. I feel like an annual event with Robs name on it……maybe a live vinwiki broadcast with “the panel” trading Rob stories.
Ed Bolian taking the car world down the Romans road to salvation thanks to the extraordinary life of Rob Pitts. Bless God and may God bless all of y’all. Rest in Peace Rabbit.
I watched the service and balled my eyes out. The line that Ed says about not knowing when our time is up, that "theres a lot of mustangs in the parking lot and telephone poles between here and home, so make sure you tell those close to you how much you love them" was the funniest and truest line I've heard in a eulogy. Good Job Ed.
There are three deaths. The first is when the body ceases to function. The second is when the body is consigned to the grave. The third is that moment, sometime in the future, when your name is spoken for the last time.
Really well done, Ed. Capturing a friend’s personality and energy in eulogy form is one of the hardest speeches of all. I’m glad you were there for him and witnessed to him. Good man
Ed expressing his faith, proudly and unwavering, just gave me the utmost respect for Ed. And Ed bringing Rob to Christ before he passed, is the greatest gift one man can give another. Ed is an example of how real men act.
I couldn't imagine living this life without that support, sorry to hear this, keep your head high man, God only gives us what we can endure. You must have big things ahead. Keep your head up.
I once knew a guy that flipped one of the very first new GT500's back in 2007, the guy that bought it brought his son along with him...The car didn't make it home. It was totaled going backwards into a guardrail at triple digit speeds. Luckily the father didn't kill himself or his son. Supposedly the guy was doing roughly 150mph when he lost control. I have been faster than that and the idea that you could lose control and survive a crash in a "normal" car at those speeds is crazy to me. Allegedly the guy hit a patch of wet pavement and the car swapped ends is the story I was told. I saw the pictures of the car after the crash and it was a miracle they survived at all. You can't count on being that lucky.
The first video I every watch on Vinwiki was robs story when he got a job as a salesman at a car dealership and out sold their best sales men in one week. Since then I've been a fan of the channel and a fan of rabbit's. Rest in peace 🐇
Ed..."Bearing witness" is a solemn duty And a tremendous honor... I know you didn't do such for others benefit... But I Thank You, for standing in our stead... Blessings. - We are all acutely aware, in reality...not only at the service, of during hospicce, or even from the day of diagnosis..but from the first time you created the channel, and started having people come one... Can’t thank you enough Ed… Rob could string a few words together and spout out pure music to our ears for our entertainment, but Ed… you, as a car guy can, have that gift of gab also, and while i haven’t had a good cry in a long time, let’em flow. At 59 yrs young, that doesn’t happen too often so I didn’t try to choke those tears back. Thank you Ed, thank you Rob, may the good Lord now enjoy that honey over gravel voice that we will all miss. Amen, and RIP Rabbit.
Beautiful tribute. Moved this man who never met Rob, but felt like he knew him through his stories, deeply. We’ll miss you, Rabbit. Thank you for the memories
Damn Ed you really showed the true Rob thank you for the great eulogy for rabbit I've met him twice and he was just as funny as you were seeing him on UA-cam or Facebook. I'm glad I had a chance to meet him and talk to him wish I could hang out with him again. 😢😢😢😢😢😢
I know this is only one comment in a sea of probably hundreds but your message today spoke to me that we as Christian’s must be willing light houses for the people that are in our lives! You are the best Ed! You inspired me to be a better lighthouse for the world around me.
@EdBolian SO many thanks for helping get the word out Sir! I met Rob and Matt Begley for the first time several years ago. Matt got interested because I have a SuperBird that I scrimped and saved and scored back in college. But about Rob,, I actually looked him up because I was trying to reach Travis,,, and right then and there,,, Rob called him up, with his usual "Travis Matthew!,, what's goin' on?" I live near Travis and I was hoping to get information from him about a Dukes cruise in he took part in at my workplace back when he was deep in the General Lee stuff. Rob was to the second, the same guy in person he's ever vibed out to be in any of his media exploits... I feel lucky to have been invited to the warehouse and got a chance to chew the fat with him and Matt. I even have pics of the Caddy with it's temporary tag on the back! Anyway Sir,,, you did Rob a fine turn. And the eulogy was pretty darn good too. Thank You.
The Service was amazing.Ed... Thank you for being a good friend and a good Christian. We in the car community have been giving a gift to use our cars to start a conversation and plant seeds. Thank you Ed and God bless. Rest in Peace Rob, enjoy the peace , love and streets of gold! Roman's 1:16
Incredibly well done. Thank you for introducing us to Rabbit. Thank you for sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with both Rob and all your viewers. I pray that others will take your message to heart, and other believers will follow suit and share the Gospel with others. God Bless! I’m so happy I get a chance to haggle on my first heavenly car with Rob.
Thank you for dedicating your content to Rob since before and since his passing. This is the new benchmark of a dedication to someone you and we all love.
You know your life is complete when your friends can speak of you the way Ed spoke of Rabbit. Amazing people and all will leave forever in the people that listen to their stories. RIP Rabbit
Rabbit your stories gave us the best feel ever, that we can achieve everything. Biggest fan from Estonia from beginning from when you legend stories started. Rest in peace, you changed the world!!!!! ❤
I’m crying dude,,, I’m never starstruck and you guys are not stars just real people telling real stories and that’s why I watch. The last month watching you eulogize rabbit has been beautiful. Thank you.
This pulls on the heartstrings just as much as rabbits story the one labeled “the hardest story I never told” thank you Ed we all needed to hear that. Sorry for all of y’alls loss because this isn’t fair, it never is and it is never what we want to hear. But I can tell you God touched his soul and based of what you said in this eulogy I can hear it thank you Ed for adding Rob Rabbit Pitts to the travel brochure because I’ll be glad and sure to stop by when I get there to see him. God bless everyone of you.
Preach Ed , thank you and goodbye rabbit. I know somewhere up there he's rolling around in the cleanest square body that the kingdom of heaven has to offer. Rest in peace rabbit. Prayers always from the UK.
Mahalo for that eulogy. Rabbit affected many people the world over with his truthful wild stories of girls, guys, and cars. And getting the boot off of EBay. I for one even though I have not met him once in person, it seemed as though I knew him a long time. I will miss him very much. Aloha ke akua Rabbit!!!!!
That was a beautiful eulogy. Perfectly fitting for the kind of guy that Rabbit was and that we could learn who he was through his stories. It also gave me some things to think about. Thank You Ed. RIP Rabbit.
Thank you for that Ed. That was a truly amazing eulogy. I never met him but I felt like he was a buddy. I pulled over to get gas and took a minute and watched this. My girlfriend asked me why I was crying haha. But damn what a legend and my condolences to his family and everyone he was friends with. Much love Rip Rabbit
I am always blown away by the men that can speak like that so strong in a moment that is absolutely crushingly upsetting. I cannot. Thanks Ed. We will all miss you Rabbit. We will see you again and I hope there was a beautiful mint C4 Vette waiting on you just beyond the gates. 🙏🏼
I just want to say thank you Rob Rabbit Pitts for your stories you filled a void i forgot was there. I say that because Rabbits passing is hitting me in a way that I have never imagined myself feeling over a personality I only know from UA-cam. But Rabbit has always reminded me of the old timer in my town when I was growing up. He was blunt but he was honest, would be there for you even if he was busy, and kind as could be. He had stories that could go from having you falling out of your chair laughing to sobbing. Like Rabbit he had that 2 packs a day voice. If anything bad happened to any of the kids in the neighborhood he'd find the person and go there and be back at his house before the cops could show up. He never killed anyone but his message was definitely received by the bad guy. He passed just before I turned 15. My dad told me 3 weeks after his funeral (my dad said he told me and i forgot or that my dad forgot to hit send on a text). Sadly he had no family left he was an only child and lost his wife and young kid in a car accident and never remarried. The only people at the service were his next door neighbors who found him after he didn't shovel his driveway for 3 weeks. He had no will, so everything went to the state. Since it took the state months to even send someone to do an inventory of his belongings i went in and grabbed some of his family pictures, pictures of his cars, and things that looked important. I ended up tracking down a very very distant family member of his and gave it all to him. The family member having no idea he existed asked if i could come over with my dad so we could tell the life story of a distant cousin he had never met. Most times I would stop about halfway through the stories because i would just break down. That old timer taught me a lot, he comforted me after the loss of my uncle and grandfather, he taught the weird "quirks and features" of old cars and Harley. I only ever knew him as Mr O'Connor. He was a Catholic and did tell me on more than 1 occasion that he's excited to go to heaven so he can hug the love of his life and tell these stories to his son that never got to hear them. It's because of him that I do believe in God. I may not associate with a single denomination or attend church but I believe in our Lord and Savior, I believe he died on the cross for our sins, and i believe i will see Mr O'Connor when i pass and that when God decides it's time I'll see my loved ones again.
Your stock rose several points with me. To share that message in front of sooooo many, both in service and here online. No greater love for fellow car peeps than this simple, eternal invite. With all the significant milestone stuff you have created out of nothing we all enjoy immensely, this tops the chart in my book. Nicely done.
Ed, that was beautiful and very heartfelt. Thank you brother. You were an amazing friend to him and really did awesome all the way to the end and after. Much love brother. I am at peace knowing he’s up there helping the angels build a car collection and setting some aside for us too I bet. ❤
Rest in peace Rabbit. He was my favorite on VinWiki and I had the opportunity to talk to him once and the fact he was the only UA-cam personality that took the time to actually talk to me about a subject meant a lot. I’m keeping his family and friends in my prayers and I hope this time will be as smooth as possible
Rob made VINwiki for me. Nothing else compares to the Rabbit stories. My heart sunk a little hearing of his passing. Ed, I’m so sorry for your loss. He will be very missed.
This is a very unique and special video... I don't have the words to describe how grateful I am to hear it. While I love to have anyone make such a passionate and heartfelt eulogy, this one is one of a kind. I guess that's why we are here. Rabbit was one of a kind and we held him in high value you. While Rob is gone, he will never be forgotten. ❤
Thank you Ed for your inspirational words. I, like others have spent this week and will continue to watch more and more Rabbit vids. Still hard to believe that he has past. Prayers of healing for family, friends and those of us who enjoyed Rabbit.
Ed, way to go! Brilliant presentation of the plan of salvation. Thanx for being there for your friend Rabbit and sharing it with everyone. I just wish I was strong enough to do the same before it’s too late for my friends.
Beautiful eulogy, Ed. Rest in peace, Rabbit. Thank you for all the amazing and funny stories you blessed us with. The roads won’t be the same without you.
I have just binged all four of the videos you have on Rabbit. I have to say that I have never felt such an amazing and wonderful level of friendship shared. You truly care about him. And that is wonderful.
I eulogized my mother and father, and it was tough, but I have found that it’s the best way to honor those folks. Extremely wonderful eulogy. God bless you all and Rest Easy Rabbit. 🤙🤙 And Ed , you are definitely bringing me closer to God with your words. Sitting here with tears in my eyes, you and Rabbit, beyond the grave now, just got me a lot closer to Him!! God bless you.
After the first story I ever hear rob Pitts tell I knew I wanted to meet him, but I never got that chance, and it feels good to know that someday I'll still have the chance to meet him on the other side, and I can't wait to hear his stories in person.
That was so good. How in the world I am so sad about a guy I never met is beyond me but I am. I am glad Rob left us so much behind. RIP Rob, see you on the other side man
This was one of the hardest funerals. So many of my friends and story tellers there all celebrating the best of us. Rabbit is a legend who helped so many of us directly and indirectly. I discovered Vinwiki through him and set me on that "one day I'll make it there" path. Well bud, I did it. I got to that seat, I got to meet those friends. I was nowhere near as good as you but because of you I did it.
When my grandfather passed, at the funeral the priest said something I will never forget. We all have 3 deaths. The first is our clinical death, where we are pronounced dead and our bodies have stopped functioning. The second is our physical death where we are buried and can no longer be seen by our family and friends. The third is our spiritual death and can only come if we are no longer remembered and talked about. Rob’s spirit will never die, he will be remembered by his friends, family, and fans. And as long as his videos stay up he will continue to gain new fans and will always be remembered for his storytelling ability.
Ed pulled off the greatest sale ever, whether he knows it or not, we should all remember to do this.
Amen
You’re so right. The most important thing we can share with those we care about
Car salesmen eulogies are next level
Amen. It almost got Rabbit excited. I think he understood how much peace was waiting for him.

Thanks again Ed for introducing Rabbit to us. You did a great job and he will be missed. Run free Rabbit.
Thank you for sharing the Good News plainly and clearly. That took guts.
I watched the service and balled my eyes out. You met smack dab in the middle at salvation. Shrewd 👍
You can NEVER die if you change everyone's life without even trying. We will miss you, Rabbit. RIP

I've done this for my mother, my father and my wife, the three hardest speeches I've ever done. You did well mate, thank you.
Jeeze man, hope you’re well. Wish you the best. And yes great job Ed, thanks for doing him justice and thanks for introducing him to us.
Did this for my wife as well. Hardest thing I ever did.
Stay strong my friend

Wow I'm 63 and I got more out of your eulogy than I ever have in all of the Sunday sermons I have ever heard. Thank you
“The profession of storytelling is really the cheat code to immortality” that quote from John really hit
Beautiful eulogy Ed. Rabbit was fortunate to have a friend who was concerned with his salvation.
RIP Rabbit 🐰
Rabbit is a legend! I never knew him personally but felt like I knew him for years through all his stories on VINwiki. RIP Rabbit!
Ed absolutely crushed this. Beautiful eulogy
"there's a lot of Mustangs in that parking lot. And a lot of telephone poles between here and wherever you're going"

Super eulogy, there's a man truly speaking from his heart, great to see and hear. RIP Rabbit.
That was one amazing eulogy Ed.I'm literally wiping tears.
That was beautiful Ed! I was so overjoyed to hear Rob met Jesus before his passing. I was worried
Awesome eulogy. Glad he accepted and thanks for the example of never give up on someone’s eternal status.
So sad. Only 45 years old. Scary since I'm almost the same age. His stories were always entertaining and fun. Nice job Ed, RIP Rabbit!
Wow! I did not see that coming! Awesome job, Ed.
Thank you Ed for bringing Rabbit to UA-cam. Changed my life when hearing those stories. RIP Rabbit 😢

I was there and got to take a picture with you. You are such an awesome guy and a hell of a friend to Rob. God bless all of you. 🙏🏼✝️
Wow, that was the most powerful eulogy I’ve ever heard. Thank you. 🙏🏼
Beautiful Eulogy Ed.
What an amazing eulogy. Well done Ed, you were truly his saving grace. Rabbit will be forever missed.
What a beautiful eulogy and how lucky was Rob to have such great friends.
RIP Rabbit
The Mustang joke was excellent. Rabbit is a legend and Ed you are an amazing friend.
Thanks Vinwiki, Ed and the once and now only Mr Pitts.
This was beautiful. Thank you for your words.
Ed, outstanding job. Incredible job in spreading truth and love in a moment of need to so many.
Thank you Ed for your inspirational words. I, like others have spent this week and will continue to watch more and more Rabbit vids. Still hard to believe that he has past. Prayers of healing for family, friends and those of us who enjoyed Rabbit.
This is powerful Ed. Great job and a wonderful way to honor Rabbit. Glory to God
Had no idea you guys were such strong believers but hearing you share the gospel with rabbit really blessed and strengthened me also
Ed, way to go!
Who knew that Ed could be a preacher, well done Sir !!
I have just binged all four of the videos you have on Rabbit. I have to say that I have never felt such an amazing and wonderful level of friendship shared. You truly care about him. And that is wonderful.
Ed, that was one of the best eulogies I’ve ever heard. Thank you. And I’m very sorry for your loss.
The Holy Spirit used you in an awesome way in Rabbit’s life. His last breath on earth was his first breath in heaven.
Incredible eulogy Ed, RIP Rabbit / Rob....
Absolutely amazing eulogy ED!
Ed, that was beyond beautiful. And I thank God that you and so many others have spoken Jesus to your followers. God bless you all.
After the first story I ever hear rob Pitts tell I knew I wanted to meet him, but I never got that chance, and it feels good to know that someday I'll still have the chance to meet him on the other side, and I can't wait to hear his stories in person.
Beautiful tribute, Ed. Goodbye, Rob.
Just Tears! In a good way. Thanks Ed.
Ed, it's was an absolute pleasure to meet you my friend! Coming to hang out soon! Long live The Rabbit 🐰
No one on earth better to deliver a eulogy for Rob Pitts than Ed Bolian.
Very well said Ed, you can tell that was truly a heartfelt eulogy
When my grandfather passed, at the funeral the priest said something I will never forget. We all have 3 deaths. The first is our clinical death, where we are pronounced dead and our bodies have stopped functioning. The second is our physical death where we are buried and can no longer be seen by our family and friends. The third is our spiritual death and can only come if we are no longer remembered and talked about. Rob’s spirit will never die, he will be remembered by his friends, family, and fans. And as long as his videos stay up he will continue to gain new fans and will always be remembered for his storytelling ability.
Ed, Thank you for preaching the Gospel!
Proverbs 18:21
[21] The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.
wow, what a eulogy. you made me cry like a baby through so many points through this. god bless robert rabbit pitts.
Thank you, Ed.
