I didn’t even consider that other creatures could go through the portals that were separated from the organism itself, the explanation you had with Rob actually made a lot of sense!
I think that the lobby is like a safeplace because the alley ways and street tunnels are blocked off by gates and police tapes and stuff and we can see bears outside of them probably wanting to get in to attack. And I think the survivor isn't apart of the swatt as it seems I think we probably stole those vehicles to arrive at the areas and take care of them with weapons that we can find left in the swatt vans. And I think that we are in with a group of survivors and we are all trying to survive and find anymore remaining survivors from the bear infection and we the player actually accidentally stumble upon secret bears who are also protrade as survivors and the reason why when we talk to a bear survivor we are alone because we've split from the group to talk to that bear and when we leave we find our way back to our base and meet back up with the other survives and continue our survival journey through different areas that we can explore while avoiding the bear.

Honestly I always thought that ROB was the source, as it could’ve had something used that created an infection. I think that we, the survivors, used it on a bear, creating a horrific scar, which he hated, hence why we say “he still can’t let go of the past?” Implying that that started it. I think it was also used on a bob in a lab, creating rob, which is why it had the rob face as the logo. But, it “didn’t” have any effect on people, so they sold it! This would explain why rob is at the center, because he is the host, the CORE of the virus. We defeated the CORE of the organism, stopping its spread. Also I think the organism may have some type of telepathy or mind control, it would explain why droves of bears are going into portals into such a dangerous area, and why we see a bear using a bigger bears corpse as a mech suit. Anyways, lovebug, he couldn’t let go of the past, leading to him to become narcissistic and very psychotic, which we see emphasized on the walls of the old lobby, as he covers up text talking bad about him and others. Everything else I agree with as well, except for the liquid part, that was probably used for figuring out the effects of contact with the organism.
That was just my interpretation! Goodbye!

This was actually a pretty good theory, i really liked it.
This is my own take on the Organism (first part, anyways)
The Scientist creates Lovebug out of a plush, throws them out and then Lovebug proceeds to spread the Organism's influence throughout the maps
The weird part is in some maps they began growing these large, gross pumpkin structures which don't make sense given the Valentines theming until you see that they're Yorick's, Haunted Mansion and Yikes, all being related to Halloween.
My mini-theory is that the Organism takes whatever surrounds it and copies it's traits, in this case being the Lovebug plush, which is why most of the mutated things are related to Valentines (Blood Moon, CARDIOB and RICKY are seemingly pure-Organism, just being flesh) but the aforementioned maps have more "Halloween" changes.
Kind of a follow-up, but most of the maps actually don't even have Valentines theming to them, just the flesh
This also makes sense given they aren't seasonal or anything so the mass just grows

I thought that lovebug was a victim of the organism and rob's perfume infected the streets witch is why he is in the middle of the boss fight showing signs of leadership, but this makes so much more sense so thank you for solving this big theory

i love all of your videos but the theories are the best you make good content.
I don’t really want to believe that the scientist was the one who created lovebug. The sample in the Lab could just be a sample taken to do tests and experiments with.
I believe that there is probably a source, a MAIN source of where all the bears and bobs and other creatures are coming from.
Assuming that omen mal, lovebug, and mothership were all Generals of the source, could the source be the Puffles? Or maybe one specific puffle? I mean, Lagoon puffle created another really powerful bear that we know to be Vector so he could also be creating every other powerful being, maybe even Sam too.
But we heard Lagoon say something about him not being safe or powerful in *that* certain cave location that we see at the end of the Malbear quest in bear alpha. So there are beings more powerful than him and the puffles, beings we haven’t seen a glimpse of yet.
Who could these beings or BEING be? Whatever or whoever it is, is clearly the main source who started the whole Bear apocalypse.
When bear* or the bear concept/lore ends in the far future, I genuinely hope they add one last MASSIVE bossfight or giant quest before the bossfight which happens to be the source of the apocalypse. It would be really cool to retrieve it as a final skin too.

an thing that i got kind of confused, was the rob thing, the prfume i got it but does it really exist more than 1 rob? well an thing that could make more sense is that rob was the creator of the potion and it started selling since he notice the effects that can cause he EATED the intire stock of the potions and became so power full that he could close himself and kill every one with the potion to hide the evidence. remember its just a theory, AN BEAR THEORY

I have my own theory of how the organism started and oh its long:
papa doomsday said the origin of love bug was he was a mascot for the card-shop you see I forgot the name. anyway the store's mascot was love bug and due to issues with the company they shut down and love bug was left roating. love bug came alive due to your plush theory but the scientist didn't use the origim instead he used something else (idk). then love bug killed everyone (due to the threat and the broken testing chamber) and escaped. due to love bugs emotions he created the origism. evidence to this is somebody asked if LB's emotions created the origism and all papa doom replied with was the emoji: 🤔. I think everything else you said was correct.
