Not to mention choosing a miniskirt that doesn't match the casual striped top, and light wash jeans that could not work for work, when you could have picked a dark wash that worked for smart casual evening, office, and casual. How was this a capsule at all?
Absolutely adorable in terms of style, items, combination etc. But I can hardly imagine a mini-skirt on 50 y.o. woman in an average office. It's not about ageism, I actually don't find it proper on a younger women either. Under average office I mean an office with lawyers, accountants, secretaries - this kind of specialists. It might be, it is different in some fashion magazine's offices.

Capsule wardrobe videos make no sense because what is yours is not mine, not even close. I wasted so much money listening to media / marketing when in fact, media /marketing /advice is just someone's opinion, often less valid than your own. I would never wear a button down shirt like that with jeans because to me it looks stuffy and conservative. How my eyes see color, my shirt of that color blue only matches white, not blue denim. Dont make the costly discouraging mistakes I made. Figure it out for yourself right off, irregardless of marketing masked as "how to".
I love black boots but have the hardest time finding ones that fit my calves so I tend to stick to pairs with a mid-shaft that comes to just below the muscle ridge. They never look as nice as tall boots though.

The current oversized style is making everyone looking frumpy. The only ones can wear it are 6ft models with broad shoulders. Everyone else looks like they are waiting to grow into it 😅. Pear shaped ladies look absolutely the worst in this trend
