Till this day there's still no mods to unlock lvl3 parts from a start but great vid

you can get extra options on pc and press f5 to unlock them,not sure about the console versions tho

Nfs extra options there's a setting UnlockAllThings in the text/ini file change 0 to 1

I think the corruptor is specifically made for Emulators. I actually have a CD of the game I‘ve bought all the way back in 2003 or something.
