There's just something about the square-body Burb. Love the look of 'em. I think they look better than the newer stuff, even with that tan corduroy interior. Sounds great, too. Might have to get one someday, if I can find a good one like this.

My first car was a two tone brown 89 Suburban Silverado 2500. Our old farm/snow plow truck. Eventually junked due to rust but that 350 started like a champ everytime.
this is exactly my dream car (only with cargo doors).
350 engine, 4x4, 90s grille, 3 rows with bucket seats in front, Silverado trim in saddle tan with wood applications, rear A/C, 4-spoke steering wheel.
Sadly I bought a Suburban by an importer workshop who imported a completely different trim configuration in worse condition :/
Yeah and you want the cargo doors on these too. The one piece door had that damn annoying somewhat tailgate.. thing.. To get it down, you had to use the key (or the switches up front) to roll down the big window, then AND ONLY THEN, could you fold down the gate.. well guess what broke on like every one I have ever seen. The mechanism to put the window down!

@@MrGuitarforyou Yeah got mine for $1,900. Legit. 76k original miles when I bought it. Has 101k now but I have a LS3 going in it this winter with a 4L80e and a 14-bolt rear axle.

@@jacobfleming565 ok buddy sure. I deal in antique GM from 1st gen C10 and up to the Vortecs. I daily drive a 1990 Suburban and just because some Leno wannabe pays 25k for one of the worst years of a squarebody Suburban doesn't make it worth more than 10k MAYBE. You can buy these for 6-8k in fantastic shape, freshen it up for 1-2k and still be lucky to get your money back. Anyone who pays 25-30k for a tbi Suburban has no grip on reality. Ask me anything you want about the 89-91 Suburbans. Ive fixed just about everything on one. Ive bought them, sold them, painted them, and engine swapped them. But yea, I dont know anything about buying old cars EXCEPT how to not get ripped off.
