The british taxpayers usually only pay for the security and the logistics of any Royal wedding. However, Prince Charles( as he was at the time) paid for all of MMs expenses, compared to Princess Catherine's family paying for hers and contributing somewhere in the neighborhood of 2-4million for her wedding to william.

I can’t imagine the Meg on the BAFTA or Oscar red carpet with all her messiness. She was a B lister at best when she was on TV. The amount of time and effort that goes into wearing a red carpet worthy outfit, one that is tailored to perfection, the undergarments, the hair and makeup is beyond her comprehension and scope. She would have gone through a dozen or more assistants, bullying until she got her way anyway. Then looked like a disaster embarrassing all and sundry with her bad taste and ill fitting clothes.

It's so obvious that they do whatever it takes for their marriage and their children. Being each other's friend is important. As someone who lost the parent lottery (Idk if my parents even liked each other), I think that's why I respect them so much: the emphasis they put on their family is so important. Not just for the individuals within the family, but broader society as well.
I don't think the Royals 'owe' the public photos of their children, but the way H&M keep their 'children' so hidden is now getting kind of creepy. The Wales children are more visible because of who they are, but unless it is a formal occasion like the coronation, they are not paraded for our benefit either. With all the Royal kids, we usually see them at family gatherings and it is obvious from their interactions that the children see each other often and are friendly with each other, but that is private family time. We didn't see a lot of Peter and Zara as they were growing up, but they weren't hidden either, just living their lives. I think the only one who was a bit more fierce about privacy was Sophie, but that was because Lady Louise had an eye condition and vision difficulties as a child, and some media intimated that she was intellectually disabled because of the way she looked. This was not true of course, and she had an operation to correct her eyes.
An excellent comment. Lady Louise is lovely, and looks so much like the Queen as she grows older. She also took up carriage driving and I believe Prince Philip left some of his carriage driving kit to her in his will.

It's like the "children" are being denied normal childhood experiences. Walks on the beach, an ice cream run, or even a quick drive thru at In-N-Out. We, as the public are losing interest fast, and if she suddenly releases some proper photos of the kids, our reaction is likely to be "prove that's them". No-one knows what they look like for real, and they could produce any age appropriate child and say it is Archie or Lili.
Markle lives in universe where her clothes wear her. She assumes that spending money = class. In the end everything she wears looks like she picked it up a dorm room floor, sprayed with Febreeze then headed out.
M and I are the same height and while I'm differently proportioned in that I have short legs relative to torso and wider hips, I also have broad shoulders. Because of my height I can easily get swallowed up by clothes. As much as I dislike M's behavior, IMO she has shown up in outfits that may have been not quite right for the occasion but did flatter her. I also think had she not rubbed so many the wrong way, and given some indication she listened to others, her unfortunate wardrobe and styling choices would fade into the background.

My friends and I have a blood oath that we will go Wendigo on any one of us that revisits yellow eyeshadow and coral lipstick. I learned the necessity of having a tailor / seamstress in my teens and the second thing I do when I move is to find one. A $5000 Valentino dress that cuts you off at the hips, paired with ill fitting spanx and a strapless bra is as valuable as clothing a serial killer threw out his window to get rid of evidence. Gloss Gate was very much a power play on Meghan's part. She wanted to put Catherine "in her place" and that is most likely the reason why Catherine would hesitate. William and Harry were not wearing naval uniforms at Harry’s wedding. They were wearing the frock coats of the Household Calvary of the Blues and Royals. That is the branch Harry served in during his Afghanistan tours. Both uniforms were bespoke, as are all ceremonial uniforms worn by RF members. However, William is eligible to wear a naval uniform as he is a Lt Commander in the Royal Navy. As for asking QE, Harry needed to receive permission to wear his uniform because he was no longer serving and because he wanted to keep his beard. The uniform question had nothing to do with color. That was Harry’s regiment. William was married in the uniform of the Irish Guards. He was eligible to wear that uniform as he had been appointed honorary Colonel of the Irish Guards. Catherine has recently taken that role.
One of the main reasons that I don't believe the Sussex children are real, is that Meghan is repeatedly seen carrying "Archie" when the child (whoever he is) is way too old/big to be carried. See 25:25 Anyone who is a mom or who is used to being around young children knows that they generally hate to be carried once they are old enough to walk. They also get very heavy very quickly. Agree about "Archie". That shot of her carrying a very large child to " school" was quite telling. The child looked very rigid in her arms, as if he didn't want to go with her and she had to pick him up and carry him. No connection there. There are many other pics where it looks like the kids would really rather be elsewhere. In their famous Christmas photo with Rachel dangling " Lili", you can see that " Archie" is trying to get away from Hawwy. No pics of a well- fathered boy with his arms around daddy's neck. ( Like you see with the Wales). No, "Archie" is trying to escape off Hawwy's lap.
The dress she wore was not the one that she told the late Queen she was going to wear and that the queen had approved. The veil she had was matched to the original dress. Apparantly she did this out of spite because she didn't get the tiara she wanted so she didn't want to wear the dress the Queen approved of. This is why it was so ill fitting. It was yet another one finger salute to the RF by her.
They were not in navy uniforms. They were wearing the uniform of the Blues and Royals. Harry was an officer in the Blues and Royals as was William before transferring to the RAF. They were wearing uniforms appropriate for Harry.

Yes, Harry and Charles have Mountbatten features, William (and George) have Spencer looks. Louis looks like the Middletons and Charlotte is a mixture of the Middleton s and the Windsors but not the Spencer’s. Genetics are fascinating.

Harry has never been a Navy officer so not sure why anyone would expect him to wear that uniform rather than that of his own proud regiment. William spent time serving with all three forces so has more reason to wear a Navy uniform.
Yes - Blues and Royals are a cavalry regiment in the British Army. The uniform colours include navy and red - but most definitely nothing to do with the British Royal Navy.
Thanks for mentioning this. I was just about to comment the same. It is unusual for royals to wear the blues and royals for their wedding but not unheard of. There was possibly something lost in translation in the story where someone mistook Marines to mean The Navy.
In the last picture of the Sussex family , it always strikes me as odd the way Archie does not hold onto This One’s Wife in any way , no arm around her shoulder, no legs curled around her waist . He just hangs there. That just seems weird to me.
They hang or are crying in most of their pictures. It's very strange. They don't seem to have a bond which makes sense considering they spend so little time with their parents. Some have even questioned if maybe they are sedated 🤷♀️

Meghan's neck is a bit short. This usually isn't noticeable unless she is heavier, in which case it is more noticeable because Meghan gains weight at the top of her shoulders and neck, which makes her neck look thicker and shorter. For example, In the red Carolina Hererra dress Meghan pulled her hair very tight and made her bun tiny, which by comparison made her neck look short and her shoulders disproportionately big. (Ballerina's can wear very tiny buns and slicked back hair because they have long necks and very lean bodies.) Meghan is so thin now her neck does not look short or big to me.

William woukd get the UK and the Harkles would get the Commonwealth. They could be jetted and feted around the world and not have to go to Wales on a wet Wednesday to open a library. Harry continues to try with Charles regarding the Commonwealth...he's on record saying they would come back for a role in the Commonwealth. We all know that the Harkles flying monkeys tried to blow up the Wales royal Carribean tour because of this.
I don’t have a problem with the Sussex’ not sharing photographs of their children - I will give them the benefit of the doubt that this is a security issue. BUT why does it seem that they NEVER spend time with their children? They are always off traveling and spend inordinate time away from home. I thought Harry wanted to give his children a more normal childhood than he had. It’s almost as if the children are being deprived of normal childhood experiences and are condemned to a life lacking any fun OR time spent with their parents. Meg is photographed with her dogs more than with her “children”.

In the past the Royal family didn’t have to worry about any of the women in the family wearing inappropriate colors, inappropriate garments or inappropriate undergarments until Meghan joined the fold..

Re: wearing Navy uniforms.......male members of the Royal Family in the direct Line of Succession, ie sons of the heir, usually serve some time in each of the three Armed Forces ie Army, Navy and Air Force. Prince William is a Major in the Army, a Lieutenant Commander in the Royal Navy and a Squadron Leader in the Royal Air Force. Once he becomes King he will essentially be the Commander-in-Chief of all three. Our Armed Forces swear allegiance to the Monarch not the State. The Sugars believe that the veil was designed to go with the Spencer Tiara due to its scalloped edging. Apparently Harry wrote in Spare that his Spencer aunts offered Meghan the tiara but the Queen insisted that she wear one from the Royal Collection.He said that Meghan was offered a choice of 5 so she tried them all on and chose the bandeau. Harry mentions emerald and aquamarine in particular. I think that all of this is a lie for several reasons. First- the Spencer Tiara is not the aunts to offer, it belongs to the Earl not his sisters and he is very particular about who he allows to borrow it. Second - if Meghan had tried on the tiaras already why did she make a huge deal about not being able to try on the one she chose before the wedding day. As Harry said it was only days before the wedding that she was given the choice that really doesn't make sense. Third - the emerald tiara was already earmarked for Eugenie so it wouldn't have been offered to Meghan. Yet more lies.

As someone who lost the parent lottery (Idk if my parents even liked each other), I think that's why I respect them so much: the emphasis they put on their family is so important. Not just for the individuals within the family, but broader society as well.
I don't think the Royals 'owe' the public photos of their children, but the way H&M keep their 'children' so hidden is now getting kind of creepy. The Wales children are more visible because of who they are, but unless it is a formal occasion like the coronation, they are not paraded for our benefit either. With all the Royal kids, we usually see them at family gatherings and it is obvious from their interactions that the children see each other often and are friendly with each other, but that is private family time. We didn't see a lot of Peter and Zara as they were growing up, but they weren't hidden either, just living their lives. I think the only one who was a bit more fierce about privacy was Sophie, but that was because Lady Louise had an eye condition and vision difficulties as a child, and some media intimated that she was intellectually disabled because of the way she looked. This was not true of course, and she had an operation to correct her eyes.
An excellent comment. Lady Louise is lovely, and looks so much like the Queen as she grows older. She also took up carriage driving and I believe Prince Philip left some of his carriage driving kit to her in his will.

M and I are the same height and while I'm differently proportioned in that I have short legs relative to torso and wider hips, I also have broad shoulders. Because of my height I can easily get swallowed up by clothes.
As much as I dislike M's behavior, IMO she has shown up in outfits that may have been not quite right for the occasion but did flatter her. I also think had she not rubbed so many the wrong way, and given some indication she listened to others, her unfortunate wardrobe and styling choices would fade into the background.

William and Harry were not wearing naval uniforms at Harry’s wedding. They were wearing the frock coats of the Household Calvary of the Blues and Royals. That is the branch Harry served in during his Afghanistan tours. Both uniforms were bespoke, as are all ceremonial uniforms worn by RF members. However, William is eligible to wear a naval uniform as he is a Lt Commander in the Royal Navy. As for asking QE, Harry needed to receive permission to wear his uniform because he was no longer serving and because he wanted to keep his beard. The uniform question had nothing to do with color. That was Harry’s regiment. William was married in the uniform of the Irish Guards. He was eligible to wear that uniform as he had been appointed honorary Colonel of the Irish Guards. Catherine has recently taken that role.
One of the main reasons that I don't believe the Sussex children are real, is that Meghan is repeatedly seen carrying "Archie" when the child (whoever he is) is way too old/big to be carried. See 25:25 Anyone who is a mom or who is used to being around young children knows that they generally hate to be carried once they are old enough to walk. They also get very heavy very quickly. The dress she wore was not the one that she told the late Queen she was going to wear and that the queen had approved. The veil she had was matched to the original dress. Apparantly she did this out of spite because she didn't get the tiara she wanted so she didn't want to wear the dress the Queen approved of. This is why it was so ill fitting. It was yet another one finger salute to the RF by her.

In the last picture of the Sussex family , it always strikes me as odd the way Archie does not hold onto This One’s Wife in any way , no arm around her shoulder, no legs curled around her waist . He just hangs there. That just seems weird to me.

This usually isn't noticeable unless she is heavier, in which case it is more noticeable because Meghan gains weight at the top of her shoulders and neck, which makes her neck look thicker and shorter. For example, In the red Carolina Hererra dress Meghan pulled her hair very tight and made her bun tiny, which by comparison made her neck look short and her shoulders disproportionately big. (Ballerina's can wear very tiny buns and slicked back hair because they have long necks and very lean bodies.) Meghan is so thin now her neck does not look short or big to me.

Re: wearing Navy uniforms.......male members of the Royal Family in the direct Line of Succession, ie sons of the heir, usually serve some time in each of the three Armed Forces ie Army, Navy and Air Force. Prince William is a Major in the Army, a Lieutenant Commander in the Royal Navy and a Squadron Leader in the Royal Air Force. Once he becomes King he will essentially be the Commander-in-Chief of all three. Our Armed Forces swear allegiance to the Monarch not the State.
The Sugars believe that the veil was designed to go with the Spencer Tiara due to its scalloped edging. Apparently Harry wrote in Spare that his Spencer aunts offered Meghan the tiara but the Queen insisted that she wear one from the Royal Collection.He said that Meghan was offered a choice of 5 so she tried them all on and chose the bandeau. Harry mentions emerald and aquamarine in particular. I think that all of this is a lie for several reasons. First- the Spencer Tiara is not the aunts to offer, it belongs to the Earl not his sisters and he is very particular about who he allows to borrow it. Second - if Meghan had tried on the tiaras already why did she make a huge deal about not being able to try on the one she chose before the wedding day. As Harry said it was only days before the wedding that she was given the choice that really doesn't make sense. Third - the emerald tiara was already earmarked for Eugenie so it wouldn't have been offered to Meghan. Yet more lies.

I used to think Harry’s paternity was questionable until I saw pics of Prince Phillip as a young man. He totally looks like Grandpa.
As a young man, Prince Philip was a blonde god! I can see why the Queen fell for him!
@@jennyfairbairn2525oh yes he was a very handsome man. I never doubted Harry’s paternity as he looks like the King and in some photos of Prince Philip. Over the years I have seen photos of the then Prince Charles and Prince Philip wearing uniform and sporting a beard and Harry looks like them except Philip was very good looking and unfortunately Harry isn’t. I am not being mean cos Harry looks ok but not handsome and dashing like his grandfather and his brother and William definitely looks like Diana. Prince George looks like William,Princess Charlotte looks like the young Queen,then Princess Elizabeth and Prince Louis looks like grandpa Middleton.

If one looks at pictures of Prince Phillip in his 30s, he wore a full beard that was red & the resemblance to Prince Harry is undeniable. Additionally, the eyes, nasal bridge, and the nose of P Philip, KC3, and Harry are nearly identical.
Very much so!! And it’s an unusual eye/nose set. Not common at all.

Diana met Hewitt, the man said to be H's father, two years after H's birth. Moreover, H Is the spit image of his father and has a strong resemblance to young Prince Philip too. And as far as the colours, he simply has the Spencers's colours, the same of his maternal uncle and aunt.
Harry is much more Charles's son than William, who instead Is a clone of his mum (ok, with less hair 😂...).

@@angelasims2759 I don't know if they met previously in some occasion, but all biographers and Diana's memoir all agree that their relation became intimate when Harry was already more than a toddler.
Their lives, I'm afraid, have been scrutinized under a microscope for years, and if there were just one possibily that Diana and Hewitt could have dated before, It would be said. Instead it's proved that Hewitt simply was elsewhere, when Harry was concieved...

At the time, there was much speculation regarding a relationship with Hewitt long before it became public knowledge. Why else would the newspapers speculate Harold's parentage if she hadn't even met hewitt? It doesn't make sense.
I've always thought that Harry resembled his great grandmother; Queen Elizabeth's mom.
