Problem is, I've just moved server and I'm honestly finding it hard to motivate myself to grind for this crap again.
Had a great base I was really happy with, now I've gotta start all over again to get the materials because it costs so much to move things over.
If you're not feeling it I would recommend having a break for the new map/season in october, don't burn yourself out :)
@@MaleOreo It's just frustrating, I think I need to make a more efficient base, my last was too complicated and I was too concerned with "prettiness".
It sucks we cant dismantle our gun that we used a blueprint on, to get the blueprint back. Wanted to carry over my blueprint to the next server
yeah that would be a nice addition
that would ruin the value of blueprints imo. why would you farm and sell calibration blueprints if you can just keep the rare/good ones? itd eventually render dropped gears useless when everyone has their own blueprints and dont have to farm for it anymore.
@@fendy5124 well that’s true but that’s why you buy better substat roll ones and can play with different combos. It just sucks that the one we grind so hard for becomes useless and another thing we can’t bring going in the next season
Can't really farm the calibrations very well and not targeted. I hate the system

Thanks for the video, will help me when my server goes through this. I did notice that you were able to see the total price of transfer on each item/stack before moving it over, sort of like weight is shown in tooltips.
"Everything you have" goes to space time backpack... so does that include everything in boxes in your base? you don't need them in your backpack when you transfer?
yep absolutely everything you have including your items in your base!
something to note that I myself found out the hard way. The stuff that transfer to you are item bound to you. So if you were to take 100 salt with you, you can't store it or use it in the drying rack because it considered it as storing. So just need to keep in mind when bringing ingredients or other materials.
yeah I believe that bind dissolves after 1 week tho, but important if you plan to bring cortexs in that it would not be worth it

I kinda regretted a little bringing 1k acids and 200 salts 😅
Small Tipp. Try to get a highlevel Mini Wonder from crafting Vortex Generator before you swap.
Does skill rating 5 100% makes u immune to bullet? Outside of sniper shots from npc
are fishs gonna get transfer into the bagpack ? i got some really nice and i dont want to lose them

About all the stuff that I dont want to bring over. Should I just turn all to Astral Sand? Cause at it seems to me it will else just stay for eternity in the Spacetime Backpack

hi i have some questions if u dont mind do we even need to build in ethernalland or before i leave my old server i just put all the loot from my base in my inventory ? also why the bunny so good ?
1. Everything, even items in your base will automatically go to your Eternaland Spacetime Backpack when you join your new server. There is nothing manual you need to do :)
2. The bunny provides hide which is used to repair a lot in endgame and saves the need to constantly go hunting and is also a passive meat farm that gives rabbit and dear.

finally a video with decent info, thank you !!! ... i've watched so many pointless videos stating the obvious and didn't go to any of the details you've mention... one last question how do you find hard server is too hard for casual players who only have like 1 hour a day of gameplay ? i like the increased rewards thing but i dont wanna make the gameplay a tense experience ... from what i saw hard mode mainly effect energy and food consumption which is not too bad
yeah overall so far the only thing I have really noticed is more food/drink

the mods will automatically go to your mod vault/bank whatever its called and be unequipped from old weapons

If a deviant has unclaimed resources, for example my Digby Boy has resources that I haven't claimed from him, will he retain those resources when I transfer him over so I can claim them off him in the new Server?
Do you have to transfer your item in day one? or you can wait for like later phases and transfer it later
you can use your material transfer points at any point during the season :D
Is your 3 star aws and wildfire because of you did gamba method on wish machine to have them instead of buying directly 8k and 2k respectively? If so is it worth now to gamba to have 3 star on weapons?
I purchased both directly and jackpotted the Bounty Hunter banner, this should guarantee 3star Wildfire & Bingo for 20k Starchrom!
if u use the weapon, it better to buy and gacha. Weapon and gear star are important in late game

Yes
Grinding mats is so easy in this game and we have 5 days from start before the next zones open. I wouldn’t waste points on anything except good deviations.
Electric drill, chainsaw, deviants, plant seeds, like 2 or 3 calibrations for your main weapons is the most optional way to go about it

@@MaleOreo yep, and I can tell you I searched for this info everywhere and didn't find it.
I really wish they'd make prime wars instanced and cross server. That way "dead" servers could still get them done and they wouldn't block the fucking roads all the time.
Also maybe move the starchrom from them to other sources. Many people who join late can't get them done at all it seems.
That's outside of making good non specialization ways to take them down that doesn't require I donate my firstborn to the gods of grinds

1000 = 10,000 Material Points. I don't recommend bringing it in, just use Sproutlet at Nisa for cheap Stardust Source.

If you bring the red anti thingy which is used to make a regulator, you will have to be the one crafting it as rss carried over are bound to you, am I wrong?
they are bound to you for 1 week(7 days) then you can openly trade them

Stardust Regulators, legendary activator on a separate cooldown to normal ones that does 70% HP + 30% Shield. Needs a memetic specialization to craft. Possibly one of the best endgame items.

If you don't want to do hard mode take a break and come back for the new map/modes end of September.
This is literally optional. You can do it as an extra challenge, more resources and to become a bit stronger at the end, or you can skip it and wait for new content. No one is forcing you to do this...I don't get all this whining. I think it's a really cool way to keep things interesting

So basically, we lose all harvested materials, blueprints and mods that you don’t choose to carry over, but get to keep whatever accumulates to 20k weight, AND it’s automatically bound to your character for minimum 7 days. In my opinion, there’s just no point to grinding this game until it’s finished
You didn't listen, Blueprints & Mods are ALL permanently bound to your character and are excluded from needing to be transferred since they are ALWAYS with you.

By the look of the cost of things to transfer and it almost being pointless other then deviants, this is a hard reset. We have to start from scratch and alot of players are already out. Not good for low servers like mine.
I think this is the part most people just dont get - they said we wouldnt lose everything but we have basically lost everything lol. Ive already seen several level 2 bases on a new server - people were quite upset about hard wipe.
keeping mods/starchrom/frags/parts/currencies its far from starting from scratch, you keep all of your endgame progression
In terms of items in game, no. In terms blueprints, yes. If I dont have any stuff to craft em then Im still starting with nothing in hand which forces people to grind right away. With the resource ratio being costly you have to grind up a new base, so I get to start with a rock and have to throw away time to get going. Players dont get to hit the ground running unless they had prior knowledge which most of us who dont live on their discord wont know. This is a easy game, casuals who only have a handful of hours - think they are going to stick around if they have to throw away a few hours at restart after believing they could bring over at least a few resources? Nah.

Just give yourself an alloy or tungsten pick and start mining, would take less than 30 minutes of gathering and running around grabbing scraps to craft anything you have a blueprint of @@xClyptox
