When you think about it, the Necromancer's plan was really smart. Taking the bodies of slain enemies back to the Evil Wizard's castle and waiting for the champions to enter the room before raising all of them again would have killed them for sure. And with the champions on his side, he would even be able to overthrow the wizard. It would have worked if only he had raised *all* of the dead. I can only assume arrogance and pride was his mistake, as he came down to fight them himself, now getting to know what death is like, himself.
That actually makes sense. With the champions and an undead army, he would likely have be able to overthrow the wizard and rule. Though i question if the wizard already knew, since I question how he was able to get a room full of corpses with no one knowing.
Yknow if Behemoth makes a 2nd Castle Crashers they could make him the main villain, like if he's able to raise the dead he should have some sort of way to revive himself

I actually find this line super interesting, because it's obviously not from the Necromancer's POV, it sounds more like the voices are the game devs instead of the boss or his minions, reminding you that "Hey, we know it's overwhelming, but remember, this is a game, we want you to have fun and enjoy the spectacle"

The evil wizard might have been the main villain of the game and tried to rule the world, but the necromancer really was the one who did everything and did all of the dirty work. Which further proves why the necromancer should return as the main villain of castle crashers 2
In my eyes The Necromancer was a way more Fitting end to the adventure especially the Insane Mode version because he's definitely the most satisfying villain to defeat and practically DEMANDS you mastered the game. Definitely a fitting final challenge for the game.

@@benbossofcourse7889 Only if you know how to juggle, or at least to jump immediately once they knock you down, otherwhise you'll be stunlocked for all the fight, and also learn how the giants move so that you can avoid them as much as you can. If you can visualize all of that, sure it's fun, otherwise it's frustrating (and i'm talking as someone who beated insane mode at least 8 times). Necromancer himself may present a decent fight and challenge... if not for the fact that you can throw him up and then juggle him quite easily, then he becomes trivial.

@@Phi_Lix I generally find Necromancer as one of my favorite Bosses out of all games - he basiclly uses almost exactlly the same skill set as players do (assuming that we unlocked them all before fight) so it gives out how fair and equal this battle is, it gives the real "one legend against another" vibe. Imagine if there was a way for when the fire sword floats to the evil wizard, the necromancer swoops in, steals it, kills the evil wizard, and doesn’t spam meteors? Like an alternate ending for insane mode or something, since the necromancer was never confirmed dead, he just lost his sword

Bitchin! A song dedicated to the coolest character in this game! I like the chorus here, it works pretty well for the best drop. The Necromancer’s lyrics are fittingly evil and malicious here which is funny as I literally cannot imagine dialogue for him based in game. Excellent work here.

I can see that Gaster is also the Necromancer.
This was too perfect and I got that nostalgia too. How fun and intense the fight is, especially when all 4 players(knights) are in the ring.
Something I like is that they confirmed that the Necromancer is still alive after you defeated him.
As a castle crashers fan, i say necromancer's voice is.... Acceptable

Imagine if there was a way for when the fire sword floats to the evil wizard, the necromancer swoops in, steals it, kills the evil wizard, and doesn’t spam meteors? Like an alternate ending for insane mode or something, since the necromancer was never confirmed dead, he just lost his sword
