Bob Marley • No Woman, No Cry (Ukulele-Cover) -

"No Woman, No Cry" was released in 1974 by "Bob Marley And The Wailers" on their studio album "Natty Dread", but the live version that appeared a year later on the album "Live!" is better known. "No Woman, No Cry" means something like "Woman, don't cry" and not, as one might also think, "if there is no woman, there is no reason to cry".

„No Woman, No Cry“ wurde 1974 von „Bob Marley And The Wailers“ auf ihrem Studioalbum „Natty Dread“ veröffentlicht, bekannter ist aber die Liveversion, die ein Jahr später auf dem Album „Live!“ erschien. "No Woman, No Cry", bedeutet übrigens so viel wie "Woman, don't cry“ und nicht wie man ebenfalls meinen könnte „if there is no woman, there is no reason to cry“.

My cover of the original recording is not done for the purpose of monetization, I only do this as a hobby with the aim of arousing curiosity about the original recordings and to introduce people in general to the resource of music and, in this specific case, the ukulele.
