Yes, i find the se 24 pretty versatile, with split coil it offers great choice of tones too... Anyway here amplitube really crashes tremonti sound! Practice practice practice for the harmonics! (and have fun)
That's a Natural Harmonic with High gain distortion. To do that you gently put you finger at the Edge of the fifth fret (almost on the sixth) on the strings you desire, dont push too much, it's like if you want to stop the string from ringing. On the other Hand (the right one) strum the strings once and you'll here the Natural Harmonics. With the high gain distortion on, that Will Be Heard as a kind of high squeal, that you can hear in the video
Hey man thanks for the nice words, anyway, here I'm not playing over a backing track, but over the original song, infact if you pay attention you can hear the different sound during the pinch harmonic of the original guitar. The effect used is a wah pedal, starting from the pedal fully closed and opening it thorugh the riff. Hope this helps

I think you need to practice with pinch harmonic to get that squeal 🤘🏻
