Why does it have wired rj45 connection, but uses wifi?
Mine gets to the point where the Gateway tries to be added, but then it fails. Any ideas? Got everything plugged in correctly...

I'm trying to get a switchbot or a button pusher bot. I think I need this too as I want to have remote access to it outside of home. Does this only work when I am on the same wifi to the gateway? Or can I use my phone internet 4g away from home to activate switchbot as well?

I tried reset and then factory reset, but nothing happened

I solved the problem by removing the gateway from the App, cutting power off and then pressing 5 seconds the Reset button (not the Function button)

Why can't I get anything connected to the hub to be seen by alexa !!!!!!! So annoying
Our smart devices are you Tuya smart ones which are with tuya zigbee hub needed for adding to the app,then you will see them in alexa
