I am drooling over the wispy needles and feathery strokes. What a joy to watch you create them with your dancing, flying pen! And I had fun drawing mine, too!
Maria thank you for making this lovely video, watching you create this beautiful tile was so inspiring. I.’m looking forward to discovering Joris Hoefnagel’s work too.
I love this series so much that I bought the kit. The paper is very heavy compared to the other "vellum" I have in my collection, and I really like it. I have a question. In Day 01, Molly and Martha pointed out the square white logo, and explained that is how you can identify the official front side from the official back side. They seem to be the same to me. In Day 02, you appear to be working with the white logo on the back side when drawing the Tangle. Is there a reason for that?
@@Zentangle yes, I know but in scrapbooking we used 'vellum', I'm not sure why they didn't invent a less trad name. Thanks for your reply, your fabulous tutorials and generosity. I do buy kits when my bestie goes to Tucson for simulator training around October annually but sending a package to South Africa is guaranted to never arrive! I will have to wait a few months.
Maria, I could watch you draw for hours and hours!
I Love this!! It is Way Awesome 🧡🧡🧡
Beautiful Maria 💖
Very cool ✨👌🏾
Watching is as relaxing as the drawing. Not only did I get a new paper idea, I got some ideas to improve my verdigogh! Thank you!

Absolutely stunning. The quality of Maria's lines are just magical. Love that you record the video and then do the voice over -- very effective!

I love the Mira calligraphiae monumenta! His images inspired me to use my first image search. This was a wonderful tribute to his art.

When will PP 18, #4 be released?
Is this material 'vellum'? For those of us who can't afford to buy the kit. You really do come up with incredible ideas
Paper made to look and feel like vellum. Vellum is actually animal skin, used before paper was easily made.

I still have anxiety doing tangles because I can't even draw a straight line!
Hi Sheila, your lines don't have to be straight!
