2 minutes in to this video and I subbed. The way you explain things that are positives and then explain what the issues you are encountering was perfect. Keep up this type of great format and how you point things out and this channel will not just blow up but be a great asset when it comes to future people using this as reference material. Killer job man for real.
I think that's a great intermediate angle kit but I think you'll need a new knuckle eventually. Once you go there you'll need a rack offset kit. Then...
I run 18x9.5 +12 all around but I run a big spacer up front. Might change that with how wide these LCA are. Unsure of new camber settings but I’d guess around 4-5 degrees of front camber and I usually run a half inch of toe out. Wouldn’t recommend that on a street car but feels good on track! The rears set as close to 0 camber and toe as possible with minor toe adjustments depending on the track day and our grip goals
@@tonycrispin oh wow, I have really similar specs to you. I rub the back of my head light so I had to max out caster to pull the wheel back. I took my front spacers off last event and liked how it felt. I think it gives a little more headlight clearance so I want to see if I can lower my caster a little
Check your alignment first, then see what the akerman is set to on the adjusters. It should self steer easily and feel super natural when set up right!
I got the gktech uppers and the v1 lowers with the v1 angle kit and love it so much one day I'll get their knuckles and really maximize the full kit
Glad to hear! I figured I’ll end up with the knuckles one day too haha
@@tonycrispin I'm kinda like you if I don't have to spend the money I really don't want to those knuckles are $1000 so I'm like I'll wait a while

Yep! That’s what I’ve been running for years
I have the same angle kit.. You'll almost never spin again😂😂
Perfect 😂😂
So how’s that lightweight crank pulley treating your engine?
No issues at all! Been great 👍🏼
Can you share alignment and wheel specs ? :)

@@buddyslides-blastoff oh interesting! I haven’t checked headlight clearance yet lol I guess I’ll find out soon 😅
Whatcha doin with the old angle kit 🤔🤔🤔👀👀
The bolt on kit is still on the car this just replaces the lower control arms
@@tonycrispin Ohhhh! My bad lmaoo
i have the bolt on kit no arms. it feels terrible when turning. it doesnt self steer either. any thoughts?
