As long as you clean your water tank regularly, there is no reason you cannot boil the tank water for a brew. We are still here after many years of drinking it. 😆
Here's my hot tip, to go with your other hot tip. If the leccy is included in your site fees, use the electric ring or get a low wattage kettle to make your tea. You don't want to be spending money on your own gas unnecessarily. We've been filling the kettle from our water tank for about 30 years, we haven't died yet 🤣🤣

Another great Vlog guys. You both have done well, when on electric use an electric kettle to save your gas. If you are regular Yorkshire Tea drinkers boil more and decant into a flask to keep the water hot. We have been drinking from our onboard tanks in Caravans and Motorhomes for 35yrs, not had a problem in any of that time. Just sterilise your tank at the start of each season or more often if you are not using it that much. Safe travels. Mick and Tina x

Enjoy the stunning views, with a good phone signal too. My fav spot. Great for a walk up mam tor. Then when you want to move on after a day head back down through the valley towards the other mines to the left of hope valley and drive to the end of the road. Theres a turning circle there at both places too. And both locations are free. 😊😉.
we tried the role reversal thing a while back... but we hit a snag... as my significant other is only a size 8 i couldn't get the lingerie on...😂, great vlog , merry christmas 🤶🎅🎄 p.s. Claire did a great job.
Love the idea of roll reversal, only trouble is although we would eat well (as I do all the cooking anyway) we would probably freeze to death or die of dehydration or have to poo in a Tesco bag as the toilet would not of been emptied.!! Lol.

Division of chores is down to couples to decide for themselves, we've been drinking from our inboard tank for over 30 years as well without any problems ,if we haven't used our van for a couple of months we just sterilise the tank and pipes with puriclean
Fab🎉 love your attitude ❤ of course you can drink from the tank - just give the tank and pipes good sterilise a couple of times a year (puriclean) and change the water after every trip....don't store it 🤢 however, if on hook up then get an electric kettle ..saves your gas and you are paying for the hook up 👍
Love the van, does yours have the electric drop down and if so is that the one you use rather than lounge set up, we never use the water from our tank but then it's over 25 yes old, always bottled.

I have always wondered how Robin Hood hid in the Oak when he was supposedly alive around the Reigns of Richard 1st and John so around 1200 ad and the Oak has been aged at 800 years old so if Robin Hood hid in the tree it would have been little more than a sapling. For the Oak to be big enough to hollow or a dense enough foliage we need to move on at least 150 years. Myths and legends ehh.
If your boiling the water I would have thought tank water would be fine, but hell what do I know. I am only 76 and my childhood was full of things people turn there nose up today.
I always drink water from the tank because we use our van all year round so am constantly topping up with fresh water and anyway with some of the pubs I’ve drank in and ladies I’ve befriended I’d say I’m pretty fully immunised

I have 2 mains hook up cables one that will do the max distance and one around half the length, and this is the one i use most.Saves having all the cable all over (trip hazard) elf & safety and all that😂😂

Consider getting a Safefill gas bottle. They are refillable and a lot cheaper than buying bottled gas. You can fill them at Morrisons for around 80p a litre
I remember in our teens back in the late 80's we drove to sherwood forest one full mooned night and smoked a dooby or two inside the major oak which had bats in it... Was quite a spooky night and the driver crashed the car on the way home as it got all foggy... The silly things we used to do eh?

Drinking Tap water is controversial. We have a 20 year old motorhome. I sterilise the tank a couple of times a year with a cup of bleach leave for 24 hours. Flush it through with a couple of tank fulls. I drink it all the time. My wife only drinks bottled or tank water in the Kettle. We use a low wattage electric Kettle. And when your on hookup us the heating on Electric.

My worst accident lately travelling home on my bike and my shopping bag with wine and biscuits in it got caught in the wheel as i crossed a busy main road i fell off and fractured my elbow which after 1 year has only just got better😮😮😮 liz not too many silly accidents in the home.

Time for you to get electric bikes. Remember not to ever pedal on camera. Unless it’s pretending to power EHU. We did Go Ape at Sherwood Pines - I just made it around the challenging one without the kids realising how much it took out of me…and did the trails on mountain bikes with the dog pulling me. We also had breakfast near go ape when it was my turn
Water: We sterilise the water tank properly and then use it for everything except cold water drinking. So kettle, teeth brushing cooking etc. Never had an issue. We also are cautious when filling, if the black and grey are adjacent to clean filling We don't fill. I have seen people clean cassette with fresh tap and once putting the clean pipe inside his cassette , vomit. Vomit

Division of chores is down to couples to decide for themselves, we've been drinking from our inboard tank for over 30 years as well without any problems ,if we haven't used our van for a couple of months we just sterilise the tank and pipes with puriclean
We agree and think our original job roles work best for us!

Fab🎉 love your attitude ❤ of course you can drink from the tank - just give the tank and pipes good sterilise a couple of times a year (puriclean) and change the water after every trip....don't store it 🤢 however, if on hook up then get an electric kettle ..saves your gas and you are paying for the hook up 👍

Love the van, does yours have the electric drop down and if so is that the one you use rather than lounge set up, we never use the water from our tank but then it's over 25 yes old, always bottled.

I have always wondered how Robin Hood hid in the Oak when he was supposedly alive around the Reigns of Richard 1st and John so around 1200 ad and the Oak has been aged at 800 years old so if Robin Hood hid in the tree it would have been little more than a sapling. For the Oak to be big enough to hollow or a dense enough foliage we need to move on at least 150 years. Myths and legends ehh.

I always drink water from the tank because we use our van all year round so am constantly topping up with fresh water and anyway with some of the pubs I’ve drank in and ladies I’ve befriended I’d say I’m pretty fully immunised

I have 2 mains hook up cables one that will do the max distance and one around half the length, and this is the one i use most.Saves having all the cable all over (trip hazard) elf & safety and all that😂😂

Consider getting a Safefill gas bottle. They are refillable and a lot cheaper than buying bottled gas. You can fill them at Morrisons for around 80p a litre

Drinking Tap water is controversial. We have a 20 year old motorhome. I sterilise the tank a couple of times a year with a cup of bleach leave for 24 hours. Flush it through with a couple of tank fulls. I drink it all the time. My wife only drinks bottled or tank water in the Kettle. We use a low wattage electric Kettle. And when your on hookup us the heating on Electric.

We did Go Ape at Sherwood Pines - I just made it around the challenging one without the kids realising how much it took out of me…and did the trails on mountain bikes with the dog pulling me. We also had breakfast near go ape when it was my turn

Water:
We sterilise the water tank properly and then use it for everything except cold water drinking. So kettle, teeth brushing cooking etc. Never had an issue.
We also are cautious when filling, if the black and grey are adjacent to clean filling We don't fill. I have seen people clean cassette with fresh tap and once putting the clean pipe inside his cassette , vomit. Vomit
