I love this video! Gua Sha turned out to be a wonderful skill to have. I woke up very swollen the other day, it made me feel heavy and foggy. 10 minutes of gua Sha and not only did I look better, but I also felt much better.
The first 2 weeks I used olive oil, because I only had that at home. Boy did I get breakouts. I have finally got some almond oil and WOW. It is light, it gets absorbed quickly and my skin has never had a healthier color, it's never been this clean. Definitely love gua Sha and appreciate this video!

In the past couple of year I have developed some disfiguring swelling around my jaw, browbone and temples thanks to autoimmune disease. Just following along with you the swelling at my temples has reduced by at least 50%!!!!!

I've been using Gua Sha on my jawline I'm 61 and I'm sure it helps to keep the jowls at bay and yes keep the angle very slight as you say !
