Sir u told that Speaker decision comes under judicial review but till now there is no one who got disqualified on this basis.
Please give a clarification about this sir

Speaker or any presiding officer decision is important, sometimes it can make or break the decision, but unfortunately he belongs to the ruling party, He gives descision based on Leader of ruling party, doesn't concern with judicial review in reality. (For technical reasons please refer Lakshmi kanth)
