I've fallen into tick box mentality for months, and when I do my monthly review I'm shocked every time , so many things checked with few things achieved. So in the previous videos (8 TECHNIQUES EVERYONE SHOULD MASTER), Mark was talkin about somethin called (INTENTION LEARNIN), and that video opened my eyes and look today clearly this video woke me up. "Don't do things for the sake of doing it, you need to be intentional" Thanks Mark:)

One thing I like about falcon is that it's very informative and you get to see students that have made it through falcon,of which is something rare with most of south African mentors you never get to see students that are profitable under those mentors,we appreciate it brother all the way from South Africa

I like when you emphasize "Intentional ASR" because last month I wondered why I'd been taking the loss in a circle. Until the beginning of October, I did my ASR intentionally, and now as I'm talking to you I made 9% for the month. I was taking trades in no man's land and FOMO was draining my account. ASR and self-reflection in general MUST be done intentionally otherwise it just becomes another box to tick. Glad to hear that it sounds like you're leveling up!

Thanks for the advice. I'm going to start writing down a daily list of 5 things I need to do each day. I feel it's gotten to the point where I've done so much technical analysis that I now truly need to work on myself and my mindset. I keep making the same mistakes over and over again, due to impatience and wanting to get into the market as I feel I'm not making any progress. I keep self-sabotaging myself, but yet I know all this and continue to do it. It drives me insane. So now, I'm only placing 1 trade a day and stopping regardless of whether it's a loss or a win, so I can spend the rest of the time focusing on my next trade and being in the present. Goodluck to everyone trading, hope you all find success!
