Hello, I've black leather seats. I know that I've coated them one year ago when I detailed the car on my detailer.
My car is 2 years old, but It was coated last year. I use the car a lot 25000Km/year. Do you recommend the Leather Strong in these case right? It will not be to aggressive on the leather, or make the color vanish? The back seats of the coupé are rarely used, should I go with mild there? thanks.
Can I apply leather conditioner as a part of the cleaning with this set? Should I apply it before the LeatherCoat or after?
It's a bit overkill - we would advise you to choose to use them alternatively.

The LeatherCoat is safe to be applied on steering wheel? The steering wheel will not be slippery after use of coat?
I would no suggest to put anything on a steering wheel. Clean frequently and done!

My car has dirty leather seats, should I pre-clean them with a damp microfiber towel OR directly use your cleaner first??
Also after I use your product, should I wipe off with a damp mcrfbr towel OR dry mcrfbr towel? If I use the damp one I get more dirt/color on the towel, I hesitate because I dont want to remove the original color of the seats.
I also used the product on my bmw M steering wheel, I did multiple applications and each time I got alot of dirt/color on the damp towel... at the end the wheel appeared little grey as if it felt like I removed its original black color, did I apply wrong?
Alway start with the least aggressive method. Your first wipe is with a dry towel, the second wipe with a damp one to remove leftover residue. Depending how worn your leather is and if it has been recoloured in the past, it might happen that your topcoat is actually gone. This will result in colour transfer on your microfibre. When this happens you need to look into redying and resealing your colour coat.

On the package (leather cleaner strong foam) it says “Remove dirt in straight motions” and in the video “in a circular motion”. Which one is correct?
We recommend to brush in circular motion the product on the leather - "remove dirt in straight motion" is during your wipe off procedure.

What is the different of strong and mild?
Q²M LeatherCleaner Mild is designed as a gentle maintenance cleaner - Strong, will be more suitable for heavy dirty leather. Both do not contain any softener or additives.
