The hardest thing in Nairobi is not finding luxury apartments; it's finding realtors! Oohh and have you tried Lavington and Riverside btw? Anyways with that budget you should have a balcony, amazing lighting and views and a tub too. Also say no to suicide showers at all costs!!
I love seeing your apartments! As a Kenyan looking to buy/rent an apartment the next time I am home, your videos are so insightful to me! I think that Westlands, Riverside, or Lavington as people suggested are great areas to live in. For luxury apartments of the caliber you showed, I think some of them could have been staged nicer as well as had some amenities up to par with 2022 standards. I think the last one you showed and the one with the pool were great options that were in alignment with the price but I do also think you could find slightly nicer buildings that have more for that price too. Excited to see the new apartment tour!
Nice video. I wouldn't pick Kilimani or Kileleshwa for you either. They give a bit more of a family vibe. Try Westlands, Parklands or Riverside areas to be near all your favourite hangouts.
Apartment #2 I low-key wanted Julian and that lady looking at it at the same time to both say "I'll take it" just for some drama 😂 Loved apartment #5 though its too expensive especially with no balcony.
Me myself I like the Mexico places better I think I want to go to Mexico as opposed to South Africa but really enjoying getting all this information from you is really helpful thank you so much
The pricing is not matching the apartments shown…very expensive to me, as I’m comparing what you’d get in SA for that level of quality of place(it’d be third or half the price). They are mostly middle income level furnishings and finishings but they are charging real luxury rental rates…Nairobi must just be more expensive than Joburg , Durban or even Cape Town😮
You are giving me vibes in Nairobi. I never seen such beautiful apartment at any videos from Kenya. Thank you so much for this. Im looking forward to my trip to Nairobi but l will be ther 2weeks so l will do Maasai Mara half of the time. My God lm looking forward. Thanx for the video friend. Love you lots ❤
I’m catching up on you videos. Great Content. My favorites apartment showing, restaurants and night life. I would like to see a little historical mixed in. Just a suggestion
Welcome back home Julian and thank you for sharing your life with us 💗. The sun 🌞 is back (Finally) and yes - We Outside 🙌 💃🕺kinda feel like you lost some weight but you look awesome!!!
Apartments in Nairobi and Joburg are so different. I feel like Joburg is more modern and chic. I like house number 5 but that price has me running on the other side. House number 2.
Nairobi is nice but seems quite expensive for what you get. the differences are quite noticeable between the 2 countries too when I think of the SA big cities or Jhb, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria comparing to Nairobi…can see the differences in their approach to architectural design
#1 with the suicide shower. That's a no for me dawg. #2: You didn't say what floor it was on. If it's at least 5 floors up with a modern elevator, and a walkable location to some food, it's doable. #3: Brand new! Not a whole lot of skins cells on the furniture. You might feel a little claustrophobic, but you're not going to be in there for 8 hours at a time, at least not awake anyway. #4: Great views, modern. I got nothin' else. Winner. #5: Lot's of light and views, no carpet (less dna). Love the separate water closet (toilet) in the bathroom! Would be nice if you could get a lower price on it because you'd be paying for wasted space. Good stuff, Julian😊
wow i love u julian am from kenya and this vids are amazing. take us on a youtube tour through CAREN ESTATE, RUNDA ESTATE AND MUTHAIGA ESTATE i would love to see those vids from you.
Hey Julian! Looking great as always. Miss you much 💖. Glad too see you safe and healthy. Your skin is so beautiful 😍 That last two bedroom was nice. Rent is getting high all over the world. But if can negotiate go for it .
I didn't like any of the Kilimani apartments. I have seen luxury apartments in Nairobi and these fell short of that standard. Google for even more options next time but glad you found one you liked.
So you are back to Kenya, welcome back Kilimani is s good place but try places like Westlands and riverside drive they are close to town and westlands.
I need to travel with you next time , there so many places u missed in Uganda ❤❤😊😊😊I want to travel to Uganda again with u I will take u outside of Kampala u will enjoy more food and see good places that are so beautiful like Jinja Mbale Tororo

I think you are being over charged the usual prices for a one bed is around 80-100k ksh try negogiatate the prices. That price you can get a town house

I agree. The rent is way too high. It should be between 50 - 75% of the quoted rent.
As a Kenyan, rental properties in Nairobi are very exaggerated but it's mainly due to the expatriates.
As a Kenyan it’s a problem. We are paying premium prices for the bare minimum
Nairobi has become extremely expensive because of the high number of expats who drive the rental market prices up to US/Europe levels
Yours is the first sensible comment
Welcome back Julian . I hope Kenya this time resonates with you don't forget to visit Diani
