This has got to be one of the most practical houses on this channel with its price to space and design ratio. I however would want to renovate the pool by turning it into an elevated and larger one and an infinity edge overlooking the hills.
The walls act as windbreakers. I think they purposely did not havean infinity pool is bec of the strong winds
My favorite part is the Primary Bedroom and the Pool Area 🏊♀️
Great tour, Julia! However, a bad choice of filter to showcase a house with such lovely views! Environs like that deserve full color, ample brightness, and balanced contrast.
lats time the problem was editing, now its color grading. Its so cinematic it makes the house look dark. hope you can adjust on future videos.

Somehow, the design and arrangement of spaces did not really take advantage of the spectacular view at the back. A full-width balcony would have been perfect at the ground floor level with dining space and an open kitchen parallel to it.
What's wrong with your videographer? The exposure is all over the place.

This house has been featured by Presello before. At facade lang yung maganda, minimalist nga pero sana ginandahan naman yung pagka2 interior nya considering don sa Presyo ng bahay.

1 improvement would be the fence for the pool area should be clear/transparent. It ruins the view being locked by concrete like that

Erosion is your biggest enemy if you own this house. Especially in that landscape where trees are sparse. Not gonna last, i bet. Have this quoted for an insurance and it being expensive than the usual will give you an idea how the property is a high risk.

Beautiful house indeed and the view and scenery is spectacular..❤ Not sure of the topography of the area but the gorge at the back looks like it will be filled with water during rainy season,which can erode the soil,gradually causing the land to slide....Just an observation...Julia hair is beautiful!!❤🙏
