"It's all bussiness... i am sure you guys understand" Master Goose's line describes very well the mercenary life, the guy who is fighting besides you today, could be the one who will shot you in the head the next day, such thing as "Honor" or "Loyalty" don't really exist amoung mercs. Amazing video btw xD
Two years later and this is still, by a mile and a half, the best Project Wingman trailer out there. Everything here is just golden. - The entire thing is in-game, so you know the footage is legit. - Plenty of gameplay is showcased, both with and without the HUD, making it feel both cinematic and, again, true to the actual game. - With no cutscene footage whatsoever, the viewer is efficiently introduced to the basics of the story off the back of dialogue alone. - NO SPOILERS, PRAISE THE LORD! Even as someone who's already thoroughly familiar with the game, I greatly appreciated how this trailer manages to sell you the game's story without giving any major plot points away (bar absolutely harmless ones like Sicario being hired by the CIF or the shootdown of a Peacekeeper). Trailers nowadays seem to be forgetting more and more how to get people hooked without leaning on major spoilers for the wow factor. In short, kindly email Jose Pavli and ask him to rename the Kickstarter Trailer track to "Kingmakers", because that's what I'll be associating it with from now on (and also because that's a bitchin' name that's very on theme for the game).
Honestly this is the first thing I've seen to top the kickstarter trailer. I'd really consider asking to put this on the store pages if this was my game.
I've heard that this vid is too spoilery for it replace the kickstarter trailer, which I fully agree upon. I have had a plan to make another one that is not spoilerly with Presidia OST instead of the kickstarter trailer, but let's just see
Brother, this looks and sounds amazing! Kudos to the effort! I'm imagining what if the last lines uttered in this trailer would be Crimson's "You're a slave to history." instead of Master Goose's? Either way, hats off to you, brother!
Thanks! I used Master Goose’s line because it fits Monarch & the rest of the Sicario better, of course, because they’re mercenaries. It’s all business for them.
Favorite lines that were included in this: "Just think, how many have you killed?" Excellent quote framing the destruction that Monarch causes and adding to the tone of the trailer. "It's all business, I'm sure you guys understand." Emphasizes the mentality of a mercenary and the cruelty of the world that you fight in. "Every Lord had their Signature: a mercenary that they commanded who ruled the battlefield in their name. Your Crown, he reminds me of another generation of us." Builds up Monarch's mystique, alludes to a deeper history of the mercenaries, further establishes the generational nature of the conflict. "You have a contract to complete." Further emphasizes the main motivation behind the player's actions, puts the viewer into the mindset of a mercenary. Honestly, some of the more spoilery parts could be changed, like the "Blaze" reveal and the stuff about shooting down a Peacekeeper.
This was a masterpiece. I don't like the FXAA anti-aliasing quality though. I see the jaggies around. I usually go TXAA + Sharpening Filter (AMD/NVIDIA Sharpening Filter) and also @60 FPS it's perfect. It's Ace Combat trailer quality.
How did you film the little spectator-view style thing of the Meilynx exploding? Instinct tells me it's the accipiter, but I wasn't aware the AI could attack HVTs without you.
@@vivalafoxy9719 I know this is late, but from what I remember you need to create a ~mods folder alongside unzip the mod files, then insert the pak files into the folder. You can also use Vortex if you're using Nexus alongside PSM or Project Sicario for certain mods.
There are *no Prez voice lines* in this video, sorry not sorry.
I'm only sad you didn't use the readback.
You mean the “Readback. May God have mercy.” line? I’ve tried to include that but the result is a bit weird so I had to omit it sadly.
That's unfortunate, but I can understand that it may not have worked well. Great job anyway.

"This ia gonna cost you extra!"
Everyone after Prospero: "Oh no how terrible"
Me after Prospero: "Do I still get payed?"
It's also a callback to the first time you meat them at the end of Black Flag
Gotta keep your priorities straight!

Thanks a lot for the positive feedback! I‘ll make sure to pay attention to these when I make future trailers.
I feel silly, I competely missed that Master Goose was flying with frost when they came to attack us.
This looks dope! Thanks for using my mods.
It’s a pleasure to use your mods! And thanks for making them!

This is absolutely amazing!! Loved it!! Have my Like and Sub!
The most crazier game in 2020
and I still not get enough of Project Wingman
That's honestly an amazing trailer. I'm seriously impressed!
Thanks for watching & for the comment!

Honestly, this is a far better trailer then any of the official PW trailers.
10/10 trailer sells the game very well
don't mind me just commenting to help this video get more attention

Hey just one question, how were you able to record those camera angles? was it a mod?
What camera angles?
How did you make the freecam recordings? Is that a mod?
well, using freecam
1:04 Where did you get this specific style of the ost from?
It’s from PW OST named “2018 Kickstarter Trailer”, composed by Jose Pavli.
