in this universe, or rather ingame, the aircraft can equip a special, very expensive high tech module that allows them to pull off previously impossible maneuvers, I assume what the module does is it temporarily lowers the amount of G-force on the aircraft significantly, if not outright nullifies it. not only is the pilot capable of surviving these impossible turns but the aircraft and it's light frame which would normally tear apart are also held together under the much lighter stress.
